- high fees the tution and hostel fees is very much higher
- Academic pressure competition can be intense especially for engineering branches

Placement Experience
From semester 6 you are eligible of getting jobs Microsoft, apple, JP morgan, Swiggy, zomato, tata visit campus for placements and around 50 out of 200 got placed with an average package of 12 lakh pr year Highest package is around 60 lakh and average is 12 lakhs Around 80 percent are got placed Plans after getting degree is first one year job experience and then masters

Year wise fees paid is 4-5 lakh Registration fees is around 15000 And other is hostel fees which is around 2 lakh per year And the batchmates for categories got scholarships very much of about 4-5 lakh Only one scholarship is given which is on cg basis above 8.5

Here campus life is so good in day as well as in night campus in timings are 8:00 pm and hostel in timings are 8:30 pm Many societies are there student having interest in any can give an interview and get into it A sports fest urja is held here where teams from every college join us
Hostel Facilities
Almost everything is provided us in the room A study table with table lights on it to study An almirah Bed Washroom which is sharing by 4 people Meal quality is not so much good and not that bad I mean it is repetitive after a certain time Registration is from an app fretbox have to select the room and then pay the fees

I chose thapar university because of its Strong academic reputation: it is one of top engineering institute as well Placement opportunities Companies like microsoft, Deloitte, And tata visit for placements Modern infrastructure: the university offers advanced labs,libraries and a student friendly campus
Faculty
Most faculty members are highly qualified with many holding phds from reputed institutions in India and abroad They are research focused and encourage students to engage in projects , internships Some professors are approachable and supportive Core electrical subjects like power systems control systems,and machines Interdisciplinary electives for flexibility like iot
Night Life
Nightlife is also good you are safe everywhere because there are guards on their duty to see Hangout place here is nirvana where there is fountain and too much good greenery and also now opened kravings where you can eat and fill up your stomach with joy and good amazing dominos burger
