By choosing btech in EEE there are opportunities to work in both core and information technology companies.We have practicals in each exam .That is really helpful for real practical applications.In one sem there are 2 internal examination extending for 3-4 days.2 exam a day

In curriculum it's mandatory to attend one internship.Its better to go for internship during vacation time .Final year we have project which is also mandatory.for doing project we have a group of four and one guide will be allocated

The campus placement in GEC Palakkad in comparatively less.Only a very few core companies are coming here.30-40 percent alof students are getting placed only.The college authorities should improve placements

College fees per year is fourteen thousand only.For final year it's twelve thousand only.Tution fees per year is six thousand and three hundred.Government is giving financial aid to students through many scholarships.

College promotes extra curricular activities including arts ,sports and other technical events.College conducts arts day for 3 days and sports day also.Mostly all prescribed texts in syllabus are available in library

College hostels have only limited admission.Many opt for private hostel which are also budget friendly .Some hostel provide food and some only rent .The quality of food it's not too good or too bad it's just okay okay

To get admission in other Colleges my rank in entrance exam was not enough.The selection is based on marks obtained in entrance exam. We get admission in colleges based on allotments.3 allotments are there and we can also take spot admission

Faculty students ratio is perfect in gec palakkad.There are enough faculties to tech students.All the faculty members are well qualified.My favourite faculty is vipin sir.The way he take lectures are really amazing.College conducts 2 series exam in each sem .and the end semester exam is conducted by university

For girls hostel timing is till 9:30 pm and other private hostel it's 7:30 pm .If there is any event happening in college then this time may be extended based on the program duration.Palakkad is famous for its natural beauty more than infrastructure.
