It is based in outskirts of Pune city in a great environment. No pollution or city disturbance. Everything is in reach. The college is well disciplined as all the students are from Army background. The college is one of the most renowned in the city as well as country with a NIRF rank under 100.

The college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and follow its curriculum that is 8 semester pattern. It is I think well structured program made to reduce the burden on student but could improve a lot in terms of application of knowledge. The exam structure is pretty much same as other engineering college with Mid-sem of 50 marks all MCQ questions and semester exam of 50 marks, a theory subjective exam.

Placements are really good in college with nearly 100% placement record every year. Highest salary offered in campus placement last year was 39 lacs per annum and the trend is still going on. All major companies from core to consultancies visit the campus for placement.

The annual intracollege fest is known as Aakriti which is divided into cultural and sports. It is held between various branches of the college. The college also organizes its annual Intercollege fest namely Amethyst the cultural fest, Solutions the technical fest and Pace the sports fest. They're organized on a very large scale and the footfall is great in these events.

The fee structure is somewhat affordable, but with scholarship and loans available it is feasible. Annually 2,50,000 including hostel and mess is acceptable as it is far less than other private colleges of the country.

College provide many scholarships which are structured to financially aid the students. Some of them are ZS scholarship which covers 50% of the fee, UdChalo Scholarship, etc. Loan is provided for the college fee by all the major banks be it private or government.

College is well equipped with all the Hi-Tech labs and research equipment. It has all the sports facilities from cricket ground to squash, volleyball to kabbadi and others. College also has two auditorium one is open air and other is air conditioned. It has one major library and other department libraries.

Yes, hostel is mandatory for first year engineering students and so I live in Hostel only. The infrastructure is really good and the rooms include singlet, doublet and triplet. The rooms are allotted on the merit basis and also on personal choice. It has all the basic facilities from 24 hours water electricity, wifi, canteen etc.

The alumni network is very strong in the college and the alumni meet happens every year. The bonding is appreciable and there is a dedicated community for this purpose called Alumni Association. The alumni also respond very well whenever asked by the college, the network is supportive both ways.

One has to clear JEE MAINS and their parents either mother or father should be serving/retired in Indian Army. After clearing JEE MAINS, one has to separately apply for AIT counseling through the website. A merit list is published and on that basis admissions are given.

The faculty is highly qualified and have a thorough knowledge in their respective fields. Many have their own patents filed while others are working on lot of projects. They motivate other students to take part actively and counsel them from time to time.
