AIT- Good enough for you? or you good enough for AIT?

The curriculum is relevant if you are considering GATE and higher studies but its isnt much relevant inorder to get jobs in IT sector as companies requires skills which goes beyond syllabus. But the syllabus is pretty good considering other colleges.

there are seniors who helps alot in getting internships, and there are exams and hackathon conducting within the campus for internships. People are able to get internship from 1st year onwards if they are skilled and from 2nd year if they are skilled by then.

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.

fees for entire college's fy is 364500rs . Out of which 1.5lakh is academic fee, and 1lakh is hostel fee, 1lakh is miscellaneous fees, which includes mess , uniform, wifi etc. it will decrease as we move the years. making it upto about 325000. there are quite alot of scholarships here, listed in brochure.

Campus life is pretty average here , since the campus is only 30 acre something. But we still enjoys enough because of seniors. The events are conducted regularly but on a small scale. There are clubs for students to join and develop themselves. And there is library containing every conventional book.

There arent enough hostel to accomodate every one in the college thus people have to leave college onfrom 2nd year to live near the college in rented apartment. These students are chose on basis of their cgpa. but hostel are off good quality. and new.

i chose this college because i could not get much marks in jee, thus had this option only. the admission process is pretty simple, you applies for admission directly to college, then college makes a merit list on your rank and allocate different branches as per merit.,

faculties are pretty educated from decent universites, and they teaches pretty decent as well, they are focusing alot on students nowadays. course structure is of SPPU , which conducts the exam twice a sem. Its pretty easy to score in sppu's exam.

There is no night life here since the intime for us is 9pm, which was 8pm in the very start of the year. The college intime is 9 pm too, there is nothing much around the campus to roam in night. library closes off at 12am, open area canteen is open all night providing hostel deliveries till 2am.
