Its a great experience

The time I was there, the college was still developing. There were a few negative aspects which are not there anymore. The college has grown stronger and better in all aspects. Anyways there is always a scope of improvement and getting better. I hope APII

I was a lateral student as I had completed my 3 yrs of Diploma before this. I had scored 80 % in my diploma, which made is easier to get admission.

The curriculum is not something which needs you to be engrossed in books. Rather it given equal opportunity to the students to explore technology and expand their knowledge. Classrooms and lectures are only as a guideline to move ahead.

There is no internship in the college, rather the complete final year is given as a final year project term along with that a few subjects are covered.

Back in 2009, it was not a very rosy picture. Due to recession a lot of companies denied to come for campus. But I have heard and seen updates on social networks that the current situation is pretty good.

The college mainly has three events in the year - Sports Week, Reboot (Convocation) and International Conference.Best part about the conference is that it encourages the students to present papers along with some very talented and experienced dignitaries.

The fee structure cannot be termed as cheap or feasible. But the kind of exposure and opportunities that opens up is worth it all. It can be easily managed by a education loan.

NO. I am not aware of any such thing. The college admin would be able to suggest on this better. I had opted for a education loan from a nationalised bank.

The college promotes all kind of activities along with studies. There are many functions and events happing around the year. There are sports, dance, drama, music, debates, conferences, paper presentations etc. If the student is interested in showing their talent into something which the college does not cover, and the said activity will encourage the student to do something, the officials, especially the director is extremely supportive of it.

During the time I was in college the mess was still being setup, but what we got then was pretty good and best part is the students get a say in keeping or removing the contractor and the menu of the hostel and college mess.

I have not got the chance to be in touch with most of my colleagues in person, but there is a huge network on all the major social networking sites. All of them are ever ready to help a fellow APIITian.

The exam structure is focussed on the students understanding and is divided into a series of internal tests and assignments, allowing the students of having more chances of scoring better. of course, there is a written exam at the end of semester.

The faculty is very encouraging and helping. If the students wishes to go out of the study books and wants to know something, they are very helpful in it.
