Quality of education

The main part of the college " quality of education" will satisfy you, only 1 teacher out of 5 is good. I really find hard to study deeply cz teachers are not interested to teach you deeply. If you want to study properly, then you have to manage it by yourself.

Course is good in itself. No problem with that. I am studying EE and my course contains almost every necessary part. But besides the main syllabus, there is nothing to learn new or getting update to latest technology. If you want to learn a anything new such a simulation program or PLC programming then you have to manage it by yourself. They only focus which is handover by the main university.

College placement is average. Compared to nearby areas, this college provides best placement opportunity to the student. This segment could be called good enough to happy with that. But in case of internship, there is nothing to dig. You have to manage it by yourself, they provides internship only to some branch or only CSE branch. Overall you can consider this part very poor.

There are no. Of events. Every year there is a annual fest in college which is 3 days long. Everyday there is number of events in which you can participate. This fest is Dharohar. This is divided into 4 parts : - 1 udaan ( sport fest) 2 glitch ( the cultural fest) 3 OJAS ( management fest) 4 EDGE (tech fest)

Fee structure is neither cheap nor expensive. But overall it could be considered as affordable. Fee for All b.tech branch is typically 1 lac 10 thousand per annum. Diploma fee is a around 60k Management course fee is roughly 60 k and for MBA it is 1.5 lac per annum. Hostel charges are 75k per annum including food.

College provides scholership facility. For almost all courses, there is a one time scholership as described - 1 If Marks in 12th class more than 85%, 30000 thousand 2 if more than 80%, 20k 3 if more than 75%, 10k scholership. Besides it, there is another scholership for toppers.

Extracurricular activities are good enough to satisfy you. There are almost 10 small events every month. There are also 7-8 clubs that you can join to boost your knowledge and skills. But sport events are very less. I am really not happy with that. There is no environment for sport. Only once a year there is sport fest.

There is no alumni network. A few of Seniors student are helpful. There is no environment to helping each other. Seniors are not interested to help the new comers. You will find hundred of students to gossiping with you or passing time but for nourishing future, there is hardly anyone. Being a student of EE, i am alone there b'cz there is no seniors.

Admission could be taken on board percentage as well as JEE mains score, i take admission based on PCM Marak. My PCM average was 86 so it was so easy to take entrance. They asked few questions before admission process i. e. Why you prefer college or why you chosen perticular program. Taking admission is easy part.

Every semester there is typically 6 faculty that teach us. Every time, only 1 or hardly 2 are said to be good. Rest all the faculty don't know how to teach. They only emphasize to copy their already written notes and don't feel comfortable to answer any question. They don't emphasize to make the things learn to student but only to pass the exam. I really upset from quality of faculty.
