Remarks

One of the best college in mumbai for quality engineering. College has various facility to enhance the knowledge and get to learn new things daily. College has good environment and it always help students for what ever the problem is.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good. Each possible course has an laboratory session to learn and understand the things which we learn in classrooms. Industrial visits are also conducted for few subjects for better industrial understanding.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunity is best, college tries to place everyone in company with minimum 4.5lpa. College provides internship also but limited since companies want good intern. Average stipend is about 20k

College Events

Various events are celebrated such as independence day, republic day etc. There are few clubs in college which conduct events like startup, alumni reunion, technical and fun events , sports event, and various techincal clubs who participate in car, aero, and robot design competition

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is around 50 to 60k but worth for being in this college. Fee is feasible for middle class family but lower class family might find it expensive but it's worth being in this college with little expensive fee

Fees and Financial Aid

Needy students gets various scholarship though college. College also help students with TFWS and quota for caste students. Few companies also provide scholarship for good students along with internship and job opportunities

Campus Life

College offers various extracurricular activities in almost each field such as techincal and non-technical. 1. Automobile club where students design an all terrain four wheeled vehicle 2. AERO club for aeroplane deisgn 3. Robo club for robot design 4. Technovanza which gives so much opportunities to work on technical and non technical work 4. Clubs for debate and literacy 5. Coders club 6. Sports club etc

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors and alumnus are very helpfull whenever we need help and can't consult professors seniors are always there for help. Be it with any doubt regarding any subject or guidance to study and guiding to get rid off any staff Seniors helps alot and if you are in contact with alumni then they also helps if they find time

Admission

I appeared for CET exam and got 187/200 and got selected for the VJTI under TFWS (Tuition fees waiver scheme) and I came to college went through an introductory session and after filling form and paying required amount, I got the admission

Faculty

Faculties are good but due to few contractual faculty the teaching level gets degraded overall because they are asked to teach the subject which is not their expertise. For 3rd and 4th year students every faculty is either experienced or a PHD holder which is good for the students

AS FOR PLACEMENT , TNP TRIES REALLY HARD TO GET STUDENT PLACED. MULTIPLE COMPANY VISIT THE CAMPUS. NAMELY INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT, TCS, CAPEGEMINI, AMDOCS, HCL, TECH MAHINDRA, ETC MULTUPLE APTITUDE ASSESMENT AND CODING ASSESMENT ARE CONDUCTED BY COMPANIES. MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. SO PERCENTAGE IS AROUND 40% AND I'LL NOT BLAME COLLEGE FOR THIS PERCENTAGE ATLEAST NOT TNP, CUZ FOR SOME REASON STUDENT ARE CLEARING FAILING HERE AS FOR ME I'M PLANNING FOR FURTHER STUDIES

There are placements in the college, but the company select only few like from hundreds they select only 9 to 10 students which are capable enough according to the standard who have done internships and have some experience in their field as the companies don't want to teach them from the starting

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

Detailed and Honest Review of VJTI - One of The Oldest Engineering Colleges in India.

Talking about other colleges I applied for, I registered for JOSAA and CSAB both. Through JOSAA I got the IIT Dharwad, since I got the BS plus MS programm there I regestered for CSAB, through CSAB I secured seat into iiit Bhopal cse. Because it is a newly established iiit, it does have poor facilities. Then through CAP counselling I got seat at VJTI. Then Ieft iiit Bhopal and joined VJTI. Today I think that, the decision taken by me was absolutely right. Apart from this I also applied for IIST Thiruvananthpuram but due to my 12th board score I could not make it. To do engineering in Maharashtra, MH-CET is compulsory and every student here has come that way. Rank of 3000-4500 is enough for general category students to secure admission in VJTI's E&TC branch.
