Good college, good teaching, average infrastructure, average placement

Average college. Suggested to take admission if you have 20000 to 40,000 rank in wbjee. Cse and ece branch are more on demand in this college. College campus is not big, but it has all necessary things in it like canteen, labs, ground etc. Another college is right behind of our college. We have classes held on that college rooms also. Many labs are in the buildings of other college. Both college are from techno India group so. There is no problem to have same campus for two college

We follow makuat course curriculum. We do have Semester Exam and two internals but practical exams are taken only once (in Semester exams). There are separate marks for attendance, extra cariculum activity etc

To be honest on campus placement is average or sometimes below average but off campus placement of the students is high due to its location.as many company are there in newtown, Kolkata. Coming to on campus placement. our college use to have pool campusing with all colleges of techno India groups. So due to this competition among students is high for job. Average package is 3-3.5 lakh. Rarely some students get salary package of more than 6-7 lakh

so many event runs through out the year. College also celebrates festivals like durga puja, saraswati puja etc. Our college have many events like 1. Sports 2. Tech fest 3.gaming competition 4.annual cultural fest 5.celebration of women's day, independence day,etc 6 painting competition 7.photo competition and many more

As it is a private college so fees is high but compartively low to some famous private college and iits, nits. The fees is approx 42,000 per Semester. fees is feasible because college provides many facilities to students.

College doesn't provides scholarship in my knowledge but the university (makuat) provides scholarship to minorities, sc, st and a national scholarship that are by government. For opting loan option college provides necessary documents and give some time relaxation to submitting fee

Personally I don't have any alumni network but do have connection with seniors. They're helpful, faced no ragging by them. All they want is respect and they will help you. Seniors can help in providing books, equipments, notes. Seniors also helps in extra curriculum activities

Through entrance exam of wbjee or jee mains admission are possible here. Required rank for cse and ece branch is 25,000 to 40,000 respectively in wbjee. I got admission here through jee mains. We have to take part in wbjee counselling and also wbjee exam for getting a college in west bengal. Counselling process is easy. But in my opinion wait for mop up round ( counselling round after 3rd or last round) for getting a stream/ college of your wish

Most of the faculty are good and administration work is fine. Teacher and most of the office faculty are very polite and helpful, teachers are very helpful and understanding but I faced some problem related to my admission and registration due to faulty works of administration, college administration is fine except few cases like mine
