Remarks

The college is too good for education and extra curricular activities. You will learn each and everything here as like drama dance politics play singing etc. Over all awesome place for fresher's where they meet friends from different part of the country.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course of delhi university is so concise and appropriate than in comparison to any other university. It is well organised for the three years. And practical classes go on regularly. It has semester based exam pattern.

Placement Experience

Yes , our college provides placement and job opportunities. Basically for maths , economics , commerce, physics students. Till then there was only workshop , no internship. For working in workshop some money was given

College Events

Every year our college union organises college fest which is of 3 to 4 days. In which every day a new star or band performes in night. In 2016 SRK who is the alumini of our college launched his Fan anthem.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is normally as like in other colleges. It is feasible for a normal class student. 15 - 20 thousand per year for different courses. Fee can be easily paid via online portal on university website.

Fees and Financial Aid

College offers scholarship for economically weaker students on the basis of merit. Then selected students are called for interview. Then according to their interview marks 50% 60% 70% 80% 100% scholarship is given to the students.

Campus Life

Our college has many societies which makes our college life very interesting as like Haritima NSS Chemical and many more. Sports facility was also verry good. Each and every equipments are available in our college.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes , our seniors are too good and supportive. On the first day they welcomed us with an interesting intro class. Alumni section is also in touch with passed out students. On our college wall alumni are listed.

Admission

I have applied for the addmission and then according to merit list I was admitted in the college and the behalf of intermediate marks specially physics , chemistry and mathematics. Then I submitted my documents and get admitted.

Faculty of college is so good and appreciative. All the faculties are well qualified and have plentiful of knowledge.The work with us till 5 when our practical classes goes on. There are nature too supportive.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

The curriculum was overall good and being a economics honours courses it was challenging at times. The course offers many things for students interms of their further academic pursuits or any placement they are looking for. Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
