Internship opportunities start from the start of 3rd year. The placement cell provides internships. NVIDIA is the best company that provides internships at a good stipend. The internships are based on your academic performance in academics as you will be shortlisted based on the GPA you have maintained in those 3 years. Projects also play a great role in finding internships and placement as real-life projects make you job ready.

Our institute has a placement call, and it helps the students acquire jobs in the industry. Many top companies like Wipro, L and T, and NVIDIA visit our campus, and it provides jobs in every field from Information Tech. to Material-related jobs. Here job opportunities are for every branch. Recently in one day 30-40 students got placed at an average package of 10 LPA. Most of the opportunities are for CSE and IT students as it goes for every institute and some companies like GAIL, and IOCL. BARC gives internship opportunities to chemical branches too. The core branches like Electrical and Mechanical also perform well in the placements. From the 7th semester, placement opportunities are given to the students. Highest package 40 LPA and median package 10 LPA.

We have clubs in every field from music to photography where you can showcase your extracurricular skills. We have the annual 2 Fest at our campus. In summer we got our very own tech fest-Techvaganza.In Autumn, we had our cultural fest - Rang e Chinar. Many competitions are held in both the fest where the tech competitions like coding wars, robot wars, hackathons, and expert talks are conducted. The cultural fest marks the beauty of Kashmir celebrating the color of chinars. The infrasrtucture has its own Kashmiri style. The buildings are well painted in the front but there are some conditions too at the back. The academic blocks are very clean and include all types of laboratories for practical experience. The campus also includes its library where all the engineering books are kept, and students can anytime study between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Classrooms are well-cleaned and include smart boards and Air conditioners for summers and winters. Sports facilities are also provided here. and activities are organised on a regular basis.

Our institute provides residential facilities on the campus for the students and also for teachers. The hostels here are just mesmerizing and will be in your memories for a lifetime. Hostels here include mess food, 24*7 Electricity, A table, a chair, a bed, geysers installed, 24*7 LAN connections, and wifi. you have to bring your bucket and mattress as they will not be provided by the hostels. Here till 3rd year, you have to share the room and in 4th year you will have a single room. You can go for the rented PGs and Rooms near locality but it is recommended to get into hostel as it more affordable and gives good facilities.

As we all know that the B.Tech course is of four years and divided into eight semesters. It is offereed across 8 different specialisations including /cse, /ee, ECE, MEC, META, CIVIL, IT /cHE . The course admission is done on the basis of candidate's performance in JEE Main followed by JOSSA counselling/CSAB counselling. The allotment is donw on the basis of merit score in Je/e Main. The Eligibility Criteria is that the candiddate must qualify JEE Main and score above 75% marks in 12th. A score of 96 - 97 p;ercentile is enough for an OB/C or General student and 93% -90 perccentile for SC / ST students. The main motive of enrolling in this program is to make a career out of Technology and learn some excellent skills in the technology field.

The teachers/Faculty members on the campus are highly qualified with amazing teaching skills which help every student to grasp the concepts of the topic concisely. Most of the teachers are very friendly and will help you in every field if it's your academic problem or any other problem. The course structure is the same as it goes for the b tech program in different colleges. We got midterms and end-term examinations in a break of 2 months. From the first class to 1.5 months after it, we had midterms, and after 1.5 months from mids, we got our end-term examination. The level is university level you cannot pass the exam without studying and to get good grades you have to study well. as around 5 % of students fail the examination you will have your practical exams, Quizez, and Lab exams in these periods only. -All the faculty members have their PhD degrees in their respective domains and are highly qualified in the subjects they are teaching. Every teacher has their own style of teaching and every style is student-friendly. They put so much effort into making students give their maximum to pass the exams.

Our campus has its own GYM where students can maintain their physique and healthy life. Cafeterias and canteen are also well cleaned and provide paid foods and other commodities. Hostel closing timings are not there for boys but it is around 9:00 p.m. for girls. After 7 p.m. boys are also not allowed to move out of the campus. The locality is safe to hangout in the daytime.
