Career Services Department understands that building a career plan, completing all of the appropriate documents, and job hunting requires manyhours of preparation and research. In order to expedite this process, MGM has broken it down into steps to be taken throughout a college career. Students begin career planning during their freshman year, when they identify their skills, interests, and passions, as well as engage. Throughout sophomore and junior year, CS assists students in resumewriting, refining skills, and finding internships and jobs tostrengthen resumes. Senior year, the department connects students with employers, schedules on-campus interviews, and hosts job fairs,giving students one-on-one opportunities

Technical cultural events and differt day are celebrate in mgm there are 7 to 8 days are reserved for culture activities in academic year many students take part in that and also get sponser from differt services in society college also provide funds for events celebraties also comes for festival.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are little bit expensive but not high level because they are giving bad service Facilities. Fee structure is 1 lakh tuition fees 1 lakh hostel fees and mess 10k transport fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

This is a scholarship offered by mgm to the 1st engineering students who have taken admission in the college in 2014. It is a merit cum means scholarship for engineering students whose annual family income is less than Rs. 1 lac. Preference will be given to the students whose family income is less than Rs. 60,000. 300 scholarships would be given to the engineering students. The selected students will be given Rs. 3000 per month for 4 years. maharastra goverment alos offer scholarships to Class 10/ ITI, MBBS & MBA students underthis scholarship scheme.

Exam structure is semisterwise sem 1 to 8 taken for exam and also there are internal exams of 20 marks taken there are practice and viva for each subject and also atkt exam on the basis of Mumbai university engineering.

MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT.
