Some one from GMRIT may not give negative reviews beacuse GMRIT is such a lovely college that every student can dream it. The faculty, facilities, curriculum everything is very student friendly. GMRIT is very good college to learn the things and enjoy the life.

Curriculum in GMRIT is very sophisticated. Most of the part of curriculum deals with basic subjects and trending technologies. When comes to practical sessions GMRIT consists of very good infrastructure and equipment. The exam structure consists of 2 internal examinations , 1 comprehensive examination , lab internal and external and finally the semester end examinations.

GMRIT provides 2 types of internships , summer internship and Full semester internship.The stipend varies based on organisations chosen to take internship. When comes to placements atleast 75+ companies visit GMRIT every year and atleast 550+ out 800 student are being placed. The average CTC is 3.5LPA and highest CTC is 10LPA.

Every year GMRIT celebrates a national wide student fest named STEPCONE which consists of no.of workshops, technical events, culturals, entrepreneur development events and so on. Apart from STEPCONE another technical fest would have been conducting by CSE people named as ZENITH. Apart from student fests GMRIT celebrates annual day and provides 1crore scholarships. GMRIT also celebrates fresher's day and farewell night too.

GMRIT is a non-profit organisation and the fee is 115000/- per annum at present. Th fee is little expensive but when compared to the facilities that are provided the fee would become reasonable. Fee can be paid in two installments ,one in June and other in Decemeber. There would be an examination fee of 1500/- per each semester.

If a student secures a rank below 5000 in APEAMCET then there will be no college fee and 50% for hostel fee.if the rank is in between 5000 to 10000 there will be no college fee and 25% of hostel fee will be reduced. If the rank is in between 10000-15000 a scholarship worth 16000/- INR will be provided every year. When it comes to loans we can take loans from the banks by the support of college from any bank at less intrest rates.

Students can make use of the labs at anytime and keys will be provided to students at nights also. Library will opened till 10pm everyday. Every branch conducts a monthly extracurricular activity in which any student can participate and win prizes. Coming to sports , GMRIT consists two very big play grounds and 2 nets to practice cricket and there is a lot equipment to support most of the games.GMRIT consists archery club,boxing club,dance club ,music club etc.

Hostels in GMRIT are well equipped. GMRIT provides 3,2,1 sharing rooms based on the year of studying. Every student is provided with a study table ,chair and an internet connection cable. Each floor consists of 20 rooms and for every 10 rooms there will be 10 washrooms available. Everyday newspaper will be provided also.

Most of alumini of GMRIT are working in top MNCs and they often do visit GMRIT and spend some time with students and gives some good tips to get successful in life. Alumini of GMRIT are in Facebook,PayPal,Amazon,ID,TCS, Microsoft etc.

I wrote APEAMCET which is an entrance exam to join in any engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh and secured a rank and attended the first counselling and secured the seat in another college which is very less popular compared to GMRIT and then I attended second counselling and got a seat in GMRIT

Most of faculty in the GMRIT are well experienced and well educated. Most of the faculty completed thier PhD in respective domains.Faculty are available upto 10pm most of the times. Teaching is mostly done in very interactive manner.
