Remarks

College is very good as well as the facilities. It's just the placement the students worries about.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

It is the most easiest course as it is divided into eight semesters having different syllabus in different semesters. The curriculum is very easy and understandable. We had some industrial training and visits till now which always helped in practical knowledge.

Placement Experience

2

Placement cell does a fine job. But for the core streams the placement is not up to the expectation. We want more companies in our college.

College Events

4

1. Foundation day - 1st September - Many artists and bands come into college. Students also take part in the concerts held in the campus. 2. Tech fest - Every year from different Schools and colleges take part in our tech fest with us. It's an initiative by the college to test upon the inventory mind of students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was expensive in our time ( approx. Four lakhs). But now the fee structure is way below than what it was in 2016. So in my opinion yes it is expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

Student loan is available. I have availed it from UCO Bank with the help of my college. Yes there are some scholarships but it is not always notified that college is giving scholarships that's why many students can't avail it.

Campus Life

4.5

Labs are extremely good. Gym is also very good with many up to date equipments. Cricket and football coaching is also there. Many tournaments are also held in our college.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are very helpful. Even there is an app called alumni network made by college, there we can find our needs.

Admission

I got admission through WBJEE. I showed my 12th results as well as my rank and the college's admission cell selected me. I was admitted directly without counseling. I had to pay the total amount of 1st semester and admission fees before internals.

Faculty

4.5

Faculties are very good. They help us in our every need in ever way they can help. Class notes and lectures are easy to understand. Lab faculties are also good. They show and explain us the type of field work and field knowledge needed when we get into a job.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
