Remarks

I will say DCAC is really amazing.Campus life is awesome.and talking about the crowd every one Knows "DU wale to waise bhi crowd me best hai".

Entrance Preview

Admission is based on the cutoff list of DU.Well i choosed DCAC because it is one of the top most college of the South Campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well the faculty of the college is good.Teachers are cooperative as well as highly qualified.Talking about the standard every knows about the Standard of the Delhi University.And DCAC comes amongst the top commerce college in India.Its ranking according to 2014 India Today Survery is i think 22.

Internships Opportunities

Well till now i don't have any experience of college Internship.

Well many top companies like KPMG INDIA,KPMG GLOBAL had visited our college this year.The highest package offered for B.Com Honours is nearly 3.3 lakh p.a

College Events

Talking about the events Our college fest AADYA is one of the best fest in the Whole Delhi University.Last year Varun Dhawan had performed in our college fest.Infact various College socities gives students apple of opportunities to learn new skills,enhance our knowledge.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its really very very feasible.The fees for the B.com prog is only Rs.9615 for the Ist year.

No i haven't availed any scholarship facility amd i don't know about it.

Campus Life

See my college have various socities.If u r having intrest in dance,business,social welfare,journalism,photography amd much more u r at the right place.Talking about the campus life our college have one of the best crowd of Delhi University.This year DJ PARTY was organised by our Union.Gender ratio of Boys is to girls is1:0.8

Hostel Facilities

Well currently our college don't offer hostel facilities to the students.Btw canteen food is good,tasty,hygienic and feasible.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Senior are really very very cooperative and friendly.so no need to worry about the ragging.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very interesting & it teaches you a lot about the entrepreneurship. Specially in the field of commerce it gives you the right information and exposure to the real world. Subjects like Corporate law , business law , Cost accounting and etc teaches you a lot about practicality.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Honest review of SLC

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

Honest review of DCAC

So I applied to a lot of college what happened really was there was an error in the list and due to that I wasn't able to get into Shivaji College in the round one and yeah I was getting an economics honors from there because my marks was actually higher than that but that just life you know destiny works like that way and I got this college and I am pretty much like happy now that I am in this program I would say II did get rejection from a lot of colleges like and what what was the main thing was one I made list pretty wrong 2nd was my marks weren't really great as well I would say take care of your health before CUET etc because it would really really matter at that time The admission process of the college is simple that you simply give CVT and that most of the time happens...Read More

DCAC and It's Crowd

I gave Cuet exam to take admission in this college. This college was on 7th rank in my preferences list as this college is not.much popular and as a outsider I knew only few college of Delhi University but because of normalisation process my marks cut down from 720 to 689 out of 800 which resulted my admission in DCAC.
