So my branch is Industrial and Systems Engineering It is related to optimisation and supply chain .I was fascinated by the curriculum so I chose it.Iybis highly relevant in future as ai is improving. I frequently is not more nor less .Each subject have 2 class test and one endsem and one midsem .

After 6th sem students get eligible for campus placement. In third yr they have to do internship. More than 1000 offers are given to students in Dec which is first phase of placement. This yr paid around 3 lakh There is 2 lakh tution fee per yr There was registration fee of 400 There is scholarship of sc /st or obc students and ews students. Sc /st students get many other scholarship other than college ultimately they have to give 0 fees

Hostel contain a room shared by three people also there is bathroom Geyser almirah bed . Mess foood is good Also everyday menu is different Mess food changes according to season. There is LAN cable wifi in hostels. Hostel and mess both takes 36000 rupees per sem

I chose IIT KGP because of its rich legacy.It have produced various well known alumus . EVERYONE knows Sundar Pichai . I gave jee main then jee advanced after qualifying both I got admission. I also needed more than 75%in boards

Faculty to students ratio is 1: 10 Faculties are very approachable. they are very friendly.they solve each are every doubt There is one midsem and 1 endsem and two class test before and after midsem.Exams are usually based on what is taught in class

There is gym in every hostel which is completely free Also in Gymkhana is is three gym is very affordable less than 1000 for 1 yr. There is cafeteria is every hostels Also there are night canteen. There is. 2 lakes helipad Gymkhana You can roam anywhere in campus anytime without restriction.
