Likes
- In this college,thera are many faculties and each of them are superb .Their teaching methodology and mentorship qualities are best.They put special efforts in their class.
- As we know this college is located on the bank of the beautiful Dal lake on the lap of mountains 🏔️.It gives most beautiful feeling.
- Infrastructure and hostels of this college are very different from the rest of India and looks amazing .There are so many sports ground available for almost each sports like cricket, badminton, football, running track, volleyball, basketball etc.
Dislikes
- The most disliked by me in this college is the food of mess.because sometimes it's too bland and tasteless but not everytime.
- The problem of vegetarian food is very common in college or near by place.There are not so much vegetarian restaurant or hotels
- One of the reason is dislike this college is tension in valleys of kashmir.This leads to restrictions on the students to not go so much out from the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well, I'm doing here bachelor of technology in mechanical engineering department and this is the one of the oldest branch of this college.And the faculties of this branch are very nice and helpful. Although I am in my first year ,so I don't know much about it.
Internships Opportunities
There are so many companies who came in this college for giving opportunities and internships to the students. Companies like ONGC, and more big companies offers students to do internship programms.There are so many internship programs initiated by the students too.
Placement Experience
After the 6th semester, students here eligible for their placement.The placement of this college is very decent and nice. here.so many big companies visited like Ashok leyland,L&T,Mahindra etc.Almost all of the students are placed here .

Campus Life
There are so many technical and cultural events in this college.There are soo many big fests and tech clubs in this college and one of them is techvagaanza ,sargam club etc.Here in the classroom, there are one smart board in every classroom room .
Hostel Facilities
There are so many hostels in the college and. Every year student has their own hostels . There are wifi networks in the hostel and every room has ether cable.There are mess associated with every hostels and they have four times meal.
Admission
After clearing the jee mains examination and after appearing in Josaa and csab counselling,I got this college. I applied for other colleges like IITs and top NITs but I couldn't get it due to my rank in JEE.
Faculty
As I already mentioned, there are so many faculties in this college and all of them are very nice and helpful in nature.My favourite one is Gaurav sir who teaches me Basic electrical engineering.There are mainly two exams in the semester one of them is mid term and other is end term.
Night Life
Being honest with you,Night life. Here is not so good there are ae so many restrictions in this area.because it is situated in Srinagar, Kashmir.most of the shops and restaurants are closed at night . Here night life is equivalent to zero
