Course Curriculum Overview
We have cbcs system. That is semester based examination. 2 semester in 1 year. Semester includes internals and 1 final exam. Internals are of 20marks and final exam is of 30. In total percentage is calculated out of 50 marks.
Placement Experience
Placements and job opportunity is very very high. Not a single person is present who studied from jadavpur university and is unemployed. Yes our college provide internships too. The companies that come to give internships stipen depends on them and what type of students they want.
College Events
Indak which is an event totally based on dance culture. Ibtida which is also a cultural event which takes place for 2 days. That comes our main fest sanskriti. Its is divided into 3 parts that for engineering department it is fetsu for arts it is afsu and for science it is sfsu. Fetsu is held for 5days sfsu 3days and afsu 3days.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Its very very less. Any family will be able to make their child study here. It very feasible. For our department its 1235 per year and other than this we need to pay 44 rs as semester fees twice in a year.
Fees and Financial Aid
All government including west bengal and central scholarships are provided by our college. Other than this many other like for minority community people for sc st caste students for one girl child and many more.
Campus Life
Very good. Annual sports is also held every year. Different kinds of sports as well as games are played and anyone can participate in these. Students can show their place of interest here thats the main thing
Alumni/Alumna
Yes they are very helpful. Any sought of help they will help you. Be it about studies about any particular person about any problem you are facing anything. They will help you at any cost.
Admission
I filled up the form for my university then a merit list was declared which contained the merit list candidates and the waiting list candidates. Then after that each student's name was called. When any merit list candidate was absent in place of him or her a wait listed candidates' name was called and in this was I got admitted.
Faculty
Good. Teachers are very helpful. They are all highly skilled teachers and all of them studied from very very reputed institutions of india and of foriegn too. They are very punctual about their lectures too.
