SKNCOE Review

The course goes as per SPPU. There are 2 exams in each semester. One is insem/ online exam and other is endsem exam. Online examination is of 25 marks, it is for students of First year and second year engineering. Online examination occur in 2 phases. Insem exam is written exam of 30 marks for third and fourth year engineering students.

Placement is good for IT and CS branches. Poor for Mechanical. Don't know of internship structure by college. placement process is like Central placement process in which students from all Sinhgad technical education society colleges gather for some number of jobs.

Sinhgad Karandak is the most famous cultural program held by the college. It attracts large number of crowd. It is held in the month of February. It is usually of three to five days. On last day there is EDM night. Carnival is a 1 day festival. It is held in month of September.

It's up to 1 lakh per annum for general category students. If you are in backward category then this number is very less. EBC students pays the half of tution fee. I think the fee structure is feasible. You can also pay the fees in installments.

I don't know of such facility. I haven't availed any such facility. However there are many external banks or the payment companies which provide the loan facility. If you need one then this will provide the economical option.

They are good. Like swimming pool is available for boys and girls. The timings are fixed for both. They can not go together. Other facilities like cricket ground, tennis ground is also available. There's also a gym for fitness freaks.

Hostel infrastructure is the best scheme of my college. They are kept clean by the workers. Staff is also good. The rooms are very spacious. One room is allotted for four students. Each room has separate toilet and bathroom. Table, chair, bed, racks and pillow are provided to each student.

Haven't had interaction with the alumni network. However senior students are very helpful. They organise various programs throughout the semester to help Junior students. In this programs experts in the faculty are also invited to share their knowledge.

I got admission through CAP Rounds. It is the process by which the college admissions occur in Maharashtra for engineering students. We have to select the colleges as per our marks and then have to give preference. Based on that we get admissions

Some are good, some just okay while others below average. Teaching skills matter very much in the academic development of students. This teachers can give you good theoretical knowledge but very less number of teachers can provide practical knowledge.
