Yah...It's too wonderful college life and I am happy with college life
Other students are too friendly and good behaviour
In this college I just compete my dream with a good annual income

Less sports items....I think other college provide more sports
Some times freedoms are restricted and that's too unfair

Course Curriculum Overview

I think curriculum is new and syllabus is totally new...so some confusions are there.. because we don't have any questions papers previous for studies....that's a major problem towards every students and course is too good

Internships Opportunities

Mrf, samsung, etc...companies are went through yearly....so many opportunities are reached here.....and also intership...many companies were provided internship and college will take this message towards every students

Placement Experience

Placement and internship is too good... because more than 500+ students get average, below average and above average package gert through campus placement. My plans after degree is to get a good engineering in other countries

Fees and Financial Aid

I am a merit student through keam entrance.So I have just 96000 for annually. I think other management students have more than my fees were required. I am obc category.So I have no more extra benifits

Campus Life

So may clubs are there...I am also a member of nss,ieee of FISAT.so I get more lessons in my first sem.. I get more friends and more beautiful memories within few months...so campus life is totally worthy

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is too good for me... because I heard most of the hostel are like a prison...but here I am too lucky... because we got freedom and good foods...meals aree too worthy and I am happy with this foods and facilities

Admission

I applied first government colleges....but keam i didn't get through government...so applied this course registration on this fisat college.. admission process is to good and all documents I submitted towards them

Faculty

Faculty is really supportive and good teacher to me.. Really they are the major key off success in my first year journey. So I appreciate their supportive attitude and behaviour acrross students and I am happy with them

Night Life

Yah...thats good... because I am a hostellers....so night life is too good for me and I am happy with the life inside this college in night and upto 9 pm...college hostel is open at week and gym facilities also are there

OUR COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

If you want to be in a controlled environment, focus on academics, make use of some good placement opportunities, and get somewhere career-wise I would be suggesting Amrita University.

There was cut off for the admisiion process i think the cut off was around 45000 in the keam rank. Based on the rank you will get a seat in the merit. There are several scholarship for the students who all are financially not stable...Read More
