Remarks

Postives are Professior are helpful in nature. If we get any problems then they helps us In a good manner. Senior students are also helpful. Then Negetive remarks are Our college Canteen is too small and Toilets are not clean. We have to go a nearby Pay And Use toilet.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course Is good If I completed this course with good marks then I have to complete Mcom From University then I will Get a good Job. Exam structure Is also good. recently Calcutta University Started taking exams under CBCS. And now Exams are every 6 months.

My college Provides Job and Intership. After Completing 3rd Year We have to Go College for Interview. Many big Companies comes to our college to provide placements and Some Of them comes from Foreign.

Our College celebrate many occasions. 1) Independence Day, 2) Republic Day, 3)Bosonto Utshav(Holi) etc I am discussing about bosonto utshav. On that day every of our college boys were one coloured Shirt or Panjabi and Girls were Sari and then all together play Bosonto Utshav.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college fees is feasible then other college. 1st year I have provide only ?1900(appx) and Semester fees ?355 each for 2 semester then on 2nd year have to pay fees as college admission ?1900(appx) and 2 semester fees ?455+?355.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our College provides scholarship to Only some poor students who does not able to pay college fees and Lons provides to students who are good in study and financially well family and get much good marks in All subjects.

Campus Life

Our College library is Good there were wide range of books available to read and also take to home for a week. Our college Scicence and Coputer labs are good and well decorated Sports events are also good.

Alumni/Alumna

In our college Senior tudents are very helpful they help every junior students in good manner. And they helps every students and any new Admitted students they helps to find class Room and how to do any sums.

I have submitted All my details and also class 12 marks then College published a Merit list then I have to Go to college and Shown all original documents which I have submitted Earlier and then I got admission

Faculty

Our College faculty is good. Rooms are big for enough students to attend professor Lecture, well corridor and have a good and big Common Room. In common room there are many board games to play with friends.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

1. Students generally get eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester of the M.Sc. course. 2. Deperments like Biotechnology,Botany,Zoology have placement support. 3. Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

My mysterious college life

I got selected for other colleges too for this course . But I took admission in this college over any other colleges because of the faulty that I have heard from my brother . Another reason is the location. Yes it's the another reason as it's really easy to find out this college . And our college is just 1 min away from the metro station gate no 3. And any bus is available from that place . The college rating is also good . I got rejected from 1 particular college but I've no regret for that .
