Remarks

If there is an overall rating for this college i would have rated 8 stars out of 10 for our college and its not at all bad score for any college to score around 8 so i must say to all the aspirants of DCAC that please give due consideration to this college if you are getting admission here.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Considering the present scenario the curriculum that is being offered by the courses are not completely relevant. What i feel is that more emphasis must be given to practical aspects of those subjects rather than only theoritical coz it the practical aspect only that we will apply in our lives when we are doing our jobs or businesses. Its totally my personal opinion about the curriculum of our courses and yours may vary.

Internships Opportunities

Yes it provides but since i didn't went on doing such internships so i dont exactly know about the stipend that they provide but because one of my friend did internship from png and he got somewhere around 8-9k.

Placement Experience

4

Placement and job opportunities are vast here because many companies approach our college for campus recruitments, job offers etc. So if this is asked to me then i would definitely say that here one can get many many many such opportunities

College Events

3.5

There are many events that are being celebrated every year. Starting from freshers party to the Cultural Fests, all of them are celebrated here. All the socities have there own respective fests like Commania, Ambrosia, Mercado and all that.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Its very much nominal. I must say its not very expensive. First year fees for our course is somewhere around 10-11k Second year fees is somewhere around 8-9k. And then final year fees lies somewhere between 7-8k.

Fees and Financial Aid

No i didn't availed any scholarships or any sought of educational loans. But definitely there would be some students who must have got the scholarships based on the test they would have given for availing the scholarships.

Campus Life

3

For this i would say all such facilities , be it sports , be it labs , be it anything related to it, they all are like average and this is due to the fact that the area covered by the college is too small for them to be well equipped or i can say to be very good. So i feel it is a little negative point about the college.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

No hostel facility is provided by our hostel however there must be a single hostel for the entire south campus and this is also a sought of guess from my side because i dont know about this fact bit for this i m sure that hostel facility is not provided by our college.

Alumni/Alumna

Yess definitely they are. Especially when the admissions were going on they themselves came to help us with the whole admission process and so everything happened so easily. Time again they were telling that whenever you face any problems come to us.

Exam Structure

Exam structure as a whole is good but still there are loopholes that because of the vast syllabus questions that are being asked in exams are not from such concepts that are really important. So i feel syllabus should be reduced a lil but so that this exam structure gets improved.

Admission

Once the announcements of college cut off started then i just went through all the college where i could take admission. So likewise 3-4 cut offs were announced and i took admissions also during such phase but as soon 5th cut off was announced i got to know that i can take admission here in DCAC so i just withdrew my application from my previous college and took admission here.

Faculty

4

Faculty here at DCAC is really a plus point for the college because here they teach you the concept with utmost patience and this i have personally felt as i asked same question many a times from our statistics teacher and she told me every single time without getting irritated and moreover she asked me consult her after the college if the doubt is still there.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
