- Seniors are corporative and there is no ragging happens
- Professors are very corporative , they have deep understanding of knowledge
- Girls to boys ratio is also decent and good .
Dislikes
- Campus area is very short, there is only 2 small ground only
- Placement is very decent and companies do come but mass recruiters are more.
- Hostels are also not there in campus, only department buildings are there.
Course Curriculum Overview
Data science is very intersting field, and college starts the preparation of it very decently, nothing much can be expected in this .the improvement that should be made is , college should provide the better infrastructure of data science for the better understanding
Internships Opportunities
Intership opportunities are provided at very effective rate here, rely for that only through off campus, and it totally depends on your skills, without it you can't able to make it . Project are also there but you have to do it mostly with yourself. But it would be very experienced too and beneficial too
Placement Experience
To get elegible for placement, it starts form 7th semester . Companies like TCS , Wipro, Infosys etc comes in my college. Highest package was 14 lakhs and average package is 6 lakhs . I haven't decided what will I do after my graduation.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fees of 1st year in my college for btech in computer science and engineering (Data science) is 150000rs which includes all the admission fees , development fees , lab fees etc . The scholarship is provided but it is for west Bengal domicile students.The fees of my batchmate are also same.
Campus Life
Campus Life is very boring as there is no any hostels are there ,but outsyif it very pg and hostels are there so yeah it can be nice also for someone's. Library consists of very much helpful books. There are various sports are played in college in the event like exertion l . There are various events also happens here, like anakronas. Various clubs are also there like , gfg, technotkarsh, etc .
Admission
I choose this college because, it's situated in the IT hub and I'm getting a lot exposure from that. I didn't get the college that I applied for because according to my wbjee rank , I got the best of it so that's why. The admission of my college is through wbjee counselling and management quota. And to get through wbjee counselling, we have to give wbjee exam
Faculty
Faculty to students ratio are decent, and the relationship is also very nice with them. The physics and maths faculty are very corporative and they are very knowledgeable. There is are 5 exams are there in each semester, includes , CA 1 TO 4 AND A END SEMESTER EXAMS.
Night Life
Nightlife of collee is very boring as there is no hostel around , but outside the college there are various gyms , cafeteria, public area , and very in neat and clean condition. Famous places for hangout are like eco park, nalban park is there. With friends it will be more interesting.and they are safe too .
