Remarks

First of it is an engineering college as in aspects of engineering colleges its not well as others but I think. It may be more comfortable to me to study without challenges racism etc... So why i choose this college to start my career

As a ktu based College we face more difficulties in exam. Timings..... In college they maximum provide their full effort to cover the topucs in a time bound given by our university without pressuring ghe students so much..

Recent month they provide an internship programme in M.A college nearby as conducted by google wuth the launching of acccelerate x prigramme we alsi participate and get certified by them as token of participation

The coege get combined with the most popular companies in kerala as much as in india... The percentage of placemented students arw increasing year wisely... As An AI student i might look for the plavement structure before getting jnto the college

I'm a student of AI branch in M. G. M college of engineering, Ernakulam. As a S2 student I fully satisfied with the studies and the teachers, management and seniors. Th campus provide such a nice enviornmemt in all aspects. Thats why i hold here and make a decision to complete my studies..

Campus Life

Im just an sem 2 student i dont have much experience in this college. I just came here only befire 3 months.. With this days of experience i can say that if u have a wish to study the favulties might stand with you in any manner as u want.

Hostel Facilities

As a hosteler i can say. Differ from other colleges some of our college faculties also share our hostel with us. It may improve our studies in night also they teach as in the night also withiut any fee

Faculty

They provide such a nice way of teaching strategy. So the students can easily catch over it. The serious exams arw conducted by our own faculties fr oir home departments. But they always provide a university form Of quality in those questions for series tests.

Night Life

Our campus ckntains a huge football ground, cricket net, volleyball court etc... In our campus theg provide a huge library and a cafteria for students and faculties.. We can spend time there a s usual in the ground also

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?
