Course Curriculum Overview
The Exam Structure according to me is nothing special. This is just about what you find in any other college except a few. The exam structure frankly did not help me a lot, the personal motivation to study is of utmost importance. The College Fee is very pocket-friendly and it doesn't put a toll on you.
Placement Experience
Internships are provided but do not rely on them as they are very rare as in 3 out of 50. But if you get good grades with your dedication you will find good jobs with nice Salary or Pay.
College Events
The college has many events. It would be very difficult to name all of them. I will try my best to name a few that are noteworthy: HEMFLUENCE - The Freshers organized by the College to welcome the New-comers. Sports Events as in Football, Carrom, Table-tennis, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very simple for my college. A one-time annual fee of about INR 7000. No half-yearly, monthly or quarterly fee is required to be paid. For Registration under the University, you have to pay a negligible fee or around INR 150. The fee for a recheck and Supplementary Exams are about INR 170 - INR 300.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I haven't opted for the Scholarship. The scholarship marks are revised every year, though a mark over 83% would most probably ensure a guaranteed SCHOLARSHIP.
Campus Life
Campus life is very nice. You won't feel dull. There is always something going on to rouse your excitement and curiosity. Yes, there is diversity but there is a unity in diversity also. The gender ratio would be around 3 Male to 1 Female approximately. There is Sports Facilities in our College like Carrom, Football, Table- tennis, Badminton etc
Alumni/Alumna
The Senior Students are nice and supportive. They try to address our problems as much as possible from their part.
Admission
The Merit List will be published. If your name is on the Merit List you will only be required to visit the college one day as per given notice and pay the requisite fees. You can also pay online. That is all you have to do to get admission in this college. The fees are a one-time annual fee and you do not have to pay monthly or quarterly.
Faculty
The faculty at my College is nice. PROPER support is provided by the Faculty and if by any chance a problem arises the faculty does its best to address the problem as soon as possible. If you are in doubt if you should apply to this college or not, do not hesitate. It is one of the best colleges in Kolkata.
