Likes
- College have healthy and helping faculty. They are competitive and genuinely wanted to help students.
- All new equipment and healthy environment.
- Fests and cultural activities are conducted good. Less ragging.
Dislikes
- New college and hospital is not opened. We have to travel daily 20 km in bus provided by college to go to hospital.
- It is far from towns. It is directly on highway. Buses won't stop here and risky at nights.
- As it is new and developing. Problems are bound to have here and there.
Course Curriculum Overview
In MBBS there will be no irrelevant subjects. Course really helps us for real world applications. From second year we'll have clinical postings in district hospital. Frequency of exams is not much but portions for exams will be unbearable.
Internships Opportunities
As we're MBBS there will be internship oppurtunity in own hospitals and about other. There is no one whose graduation is completed here yet so it's not possible to give that information. There will be no problem in getting internship (sure).
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 74000 of tuition fee and 20000 of hostel fee. SC AND ST will get special scholarship. They may have to pay upto 5 to 10 thousand from their purse. Mess fees is between 3,300 to 4,000 as it is student mess.For local karnataka students SSP is available (upto 55000 of scholarship). For AIQ students NSP is available.
Campus Life
There will be freshers party and annual party (4 days) annual party will be good.Annual party will be help in March or April. Library is still not available. It will be open from 2025 June. There is sports ground and there will be a sports day where they play against different phases of MBBS. There are no we'll established clubs as this is new college.
Hostel Facilities
In room they will provide a cot, bed, a good shelf, study table, comfortable chair, ventilating window, plate, cup. There is joint wash room in each floor. Each floor contain four wash room areas one on each corner. Hostel is 20000 per year. For first year it is upto 35 thousand as registration fee is included. There are not much rooms for rent near this place.
Admission
I didn't applied to any other college cause I wanted this as this is near to my home town. I missed state counselling and this college is nearest and most telugu speaking. I came here through NEET. If you get enough marks and fill counselling collegeges in smart way there will be no problem in admissions.
Faculty
Faculty is less compared to other colleges as college is new. But teachers are very friendly and helping. They conduct mentor mentee on every 1st and 3rd Saturday. I liked Asha madam of pharmacology. She is strict but she is always ready to help us academically. There is no faculty that i don't like. They will also have works in district hospitals. Obviously they can't focus much on us. There will be 3 internals and one final exam. Final exam is not that tough. But internals hardness differs.
Night Life
Hostel will be closed at nights. For girls last entry is 8pm and for boys it's 10pm.gym will be open 24/7. Cafeteria is in academic block where u can get snacks and tea or coffee. As there are so many workers and to highway it's not much safe for girls to go out at night.
