I gave GGSIPU CAT for B.Tech its a unique course and there is lot of scope in power engineering because of placement record and uniqueness of this course i choosed this this college is under ministry of power goverment of india.

Course is mainly focused on power plant studies it is divided in mechanical and electrical. In 3rd year either you can choose power engineering in electrical or power engineering in mechanical this course is mainly focused on practical knowledge, means, training in power plants intake of 60 70 every year.

You can earn internship by applying in many multinational company like siemens, reliance power, tata power and many more or you can go by source.

In terms of placement it holds awesome status before coal scam in india is had 200 % record due to coal scam placement got effected even though it is 60% now.
