Remarks
Being a new college positive response is that for academics and co curriculum activities the college can easily compit with the other colleges in the city. The faculties are very dedicated to every students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have taken the engineering course on Electronics and Communication. The course curriculum is totally based in maths and physics. But in the 4 years the mist important part I personally felt was the practicals. The practical knowledge is the most important thing a student should take care.
Internships Opportunities
Yes they provided internship. But unfortunately I couldn't get one. Getting the opportunity of internship totally depends on the candidate. But the college gives ample opportunities for internships and also they sent their students in the other colleges to take part.
Placement Experience
The placement are good enough. I am the 2nd batch of the college. And in our year there were more than 20 companies came for placement session and till now more than 60percent of the total strength is placed.
College Events
There are lots of events that take place. The most important are the department fest, technical fest and the cultural fest. Apart from the fest, the college organises sports every year. Apart from these co curriculum activities, there are seminars, workshop that take place throughout the year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is Feasible. They don't take any extra amount from the students and the particular amount which they take have the detailed division where it is required. The causion money they at the time of admission is returned back after the completion of course.
Fees and Financial Aid
For TFW students, they take minimal amount in each semester. The college also allows the students to study with the help of students loan. I know number of scholarships are also available but they usually do not preview it before hand. They give information only to the specified candidate.
Campus Life
The college has number of extracurricular activities. Yoga classes do take place on a regular basis. The labs are well equipped and well maintained. The labs are provided with all instruments required. The sports plays a major part. In every year the college organises sports competition for the students with include cricket, football, batminton, table tennis, carrom, tug of war, and many more.
Hostel Facilities
There is no facility of hostel. But there are abundant number of paying guest around. Apart from the hostel, the college provide with all facilities. There are separate conference room. There is a emergency medical services provided.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors are not seniors to us. They are more like brothers and sisters to us. They help us in every possible way. They guide us, they share books they have and even with the notes. They are likely to be god gifted for us.
Exam Structure
As the college is under Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, therefore in every one year there are two semester. And in each semester there are two internals. And before each semester exam there will the practical exam taking place.
Admission
After my wbjee counciling I made a choice in this college and after that I visited the campus with my wbjee rank card and other details. On visiting the college I took my final decision of admission and started the required procedure as informed from the college office.
Faculty
The faculty of the college are the most beautiful person I have ever met. The faculties are like family members. They guided me in every possible way and showed me the right path. They are si dedicated for everyone and most importantly they are ready to spare every previous moment for grooming a student.
