- The college has a really big campus and sports facilities which I loved the most
- The placement was average 95 percent students got placed with an average package of 4 lakhs per annum

- I dislike the ragging issue of the college which was quite alot because of the hostels being inside the campus of all the years .
Course Curriculum Overview
The difficulty level of exam for high .the workshops helped us to very well in preparing for the real world applications . The practical knowledge I gained was because of the workshops and several society that were there in the college
Internships Opportunities
I did intership at pwd haldia where road construction work was being held . We learnt the various aspects of the roads types of roads and various symbols that are provided on the road . It was quite good .
Placement Experience
Form 6 th semester you are eligible for placements . Companies start coming to the campus . Companies like. Tech Mahindra , cognizant , Mindtree , infosys etc come for the it sector and companies like l&t ,gulf asia ,labvantage , simplex etc come for the core branches
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees from 90 thousand per year and with hostel it was 1lakhs2 thousand per year . Tution fees was 80 thousand per year . There was a tfw quota for for the local students in which they had to pay only hostel fees .
Campus Life
The name of technical fest in my college was prayukti and cultural fest was Rivera . Our college had the biggest library in the west bengal providing vast number of books .the classroom had smart boards and air conditioning . Our college had proper football ground and quite average cricket ground . For indoir games like table tennis , badminton they had separate buildings
Hostel Facilities
Our room was for 2 person which had 2 chairs 2 tables 2 shelves one fan and two beds . Meal was very average . Only when they made chicken then only I used to eat otherwise I didn't eat much at the hostel mess .
Admission
I applied for techno India Kolkata and haldia institute of technology. I chose haldia because of its fees structure and campus life . The campus taught me how to interact with people around and create as bond with the seniors.
Faculty
The faculty were very nice and helpful they guided us very well . Regular classes were taken beside that regular workshops were arranged . In 1 semester there were three internal exams were taken of 20 maks of each and a external exam was conducted
Night Life
My favourite hangout spot was garden area . Gym was quite average though. Hostel timmings were 9 pm last . Our college is in haldia which is at the docks riverside was famous place where we used to visit regular for little picnic
