Course Curriculum Overview
As i have interest in Electrical Engineering and i have to explore the domain i choosed this curriculum and this course provide the complete knowledge of technology . There should be realword application for all theory and teaching method should be releastic.There is 2 exams per semester.
Internships Opportunities
Student can get on campus internship opportunities from 3rd year.There totally more than 200 company came in the college and provided more than 500 internship oppertunities to the student.The slection process is different for different company and most number of offers made by Google and amazon.
Placement Experience
For campus placement student get eligible frim 4th year and can apply offline in 3rd year. In our college more than 500 company comes and make offer to atleast 700 students. The highest package is 59 lakhs and average package is 20 lakhs. I have to do higher studies after my college.
Fees and Financial Aid
In 1 year there are 2 semester.In 1 semester Tution fees is 100000, caution fees is 500, registration fees is 200 , admission fees is 500,development fees is 2000 , lab fees is 5000, mess fees is 18500 and for sc and st only mess fees are aplicable and hostel fees otherwise fees are not taken.
Campus Life
Campus life is good in this college but academic restrictions are more . There are three fest in our college the tech fest is called Concetto , cultural fest is called srijan and sports fest is called parakaram. They have not good facilities for sports and they not make extra effort in cahractet and personality development.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel are good but mess food are not really good .they do not have quality foods for health. Hostel get changed according to year you study and registration occur every year you came in hostel. The process is not much lengthy for registration for hostel.
Admission
I got admission through jee advance and from there according to your rank you will get college . During admission process i was first alloted IIT roorkee but later on i got IIT dhanbad according to my preferance and the cutoff for electrical engineering is 5000 t0 7000 for General student for obc it is 1600 to 2600 in obc category.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good for every 10 students there are 1 professors and many TA's.Faculities are not as interactive but some professors are good like Haswanth vundavalli .His teaching style is best. Faculities like somnath pan do not understand stydent feelings they fail to understand our behaviour. In 1 semester there are 2 exams one midsem other is endsem and quiz were taken for 20 marks.Good for student who works hard.
Interview Experience
As of now company takes 5 student for group discussion per rime and ask about random technolgues is good or bad and there topic maybe of current affair or business related. My college helped in this process.
Night Life
We have pretty much restriction of night life in college. They not allow us after 12 clock midnight to go outside hostel .they have gym only in one palce and best library and RD for eating samosa and other fast food. You can roam in ruby garden .
