- The hostel room is very nice and that can be cleaned by cleaners if you want
- The mess is also pretty good and comes with a variety
- The boys to girl ratio is approximately 20:14
Dislikes
- There is the 75 percent attendance criteria which is hard to follow
- Most of the girls are allready in a relarionship
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses and the ciriculum are really helpful including courses such as proffesional comunication and manufacturing processing so it can help us a lot and then there are subjects like maths i dont really get why is it still teaching i just hate it
Fees and Financial Aid
There is a tuition fee of 300000 per semester and 42k for the hostel for 4 bedded room and then there is a 21.5k for the mess fees and the same is repeated for the other semester altough there are several scolarships which even waive the full tuiton fees if you have gotten more than 90 percent in class 12 th and you keep scoring more than 8.5cg
Campus Life
I havent really socialised with many people right now havent join any clubs but i have kind of a crush and well she is sort of my teacher so yeah i know thats a no go and well there many events held by various clubs regularly but the best is the saturnalia conducted by thapar mainly as a whole
Admission
I had a really nice percentile of 98.9 in jee mains but what happend is i intentionally wanted to score 69 in boards i didnt know about the 75 percent jee mains criteria i got 69.7 i like to call it 69.69 but i messed up so i applied in vit as well and srm and thapar i got in all of them after giving there respective tests on the same fees but i chose thapar was better after some consultation with my relatives who are in this field and know people in this field i got admission in the end on basis on jee only in thapar and the experience is well
Faculty
The faculty members are really nice and very helpful i really like my proffesional communication teacher bhavna sehgal mam well not only she is really cute but she is really knowledgeable and helps around a lot and the tests are really tightly done with thorough checks and all
Interview Experience
I didnt have to face an interview it was simply based on the jee result and the some people from class 12th so there wasnt any reason to preapare for anything major so it went on without a hitch and i got in
Night Life
Welll the in timing for the collefe is 2000 hrs but the in time of my hostel is 2030 and the all the hostels have gyms in them and mess which works as a caffe as well there are many hangout spots such as the skywalk or nirvana
