Good College

College was good , I will suggest to take Seat in seat in Bangalore campus if a student is choosing the CSE,ECE,EIE because of these branches are having good placements and the college rules was very strict ,if a student who want to enjoy please don't chose Amrita,only who want to study am choose.

I am in the 4th year, I have completed my 4years in vollege,the curriculum which was there in Amrita was good but not awesome,since they will teach only some softwares which won't be using in industrial purpose.

College won't be provide any internship,but by any chance you can get through the College mainly for the cse department people and the stipend would be around 10k,but they will provide letter of recommendation for all the people who want to do internship in different organisations

The most important for students to choose the College is only based on the placement, In our College we are having the placement cell and they will be giving training regarding the placement and placement was good 92% but for Mechanical the companies were less

In our conversation llege we will celebrate many events namly kalakruti,techtest,prabhidhi,kalanjali,and for every festival we will be celebrating but one thing I want to share is celebration is different from compared all other colleges which mean less enjoyment

When I am joined the fee structure was feasible the fee is around 1.5lakh for the college fee and around 70k hostel fee but now it was increased as all other Colleges were also increased

There is scholarship facility for only for Karnataka state and Tamilnadu State students if they secure good rank in Amrita entrance examination and I'm our college there will bank called Dhanlaxmi bank we can get the loan from the bank if need.

There will be many sports will be playing in the ground we have seperate ground for playing cricket and basketball court,handball court, football court,tennis court,hockey if any one interested they can play , coach will be there and he will teach and there is also gym which was having good facility and coming to labs we have many labs with good facility.

The hostel was ok , we will be giving a room were 4 people should share the room was big and most interesting in hostel is step cots and have current 24x7 and mineral water ,but hot water will come only in the morning

Alumni network and senior students not more helpful but they will be helpful when need ,many of our seniors are giving referal opportunity for our in there companies and they will be helpful in conducting the events

For each semester they will be having 3quizs and 2 periodical test which will be the internals and these consists of (3quizs=20 and 2periodical =30) total 50 marks and the End-sem which conducted for 100 and reduced to 50

I wrote the Amrita entrance exam in 2015 and I got the rank around 2500 and later we were called for the councilling and with a payment of 5k for attending councilling,we have chose branch based on the rank cutoffs and reservation,now may be rank cutoff were increased but the process is same.

The faculty of the Amrita College was good and I am speaking about the mechanical staff, many of our faculty are having the doctorates,they have good knowledge regarding subjects and they will be helpful for students in paper publication and other projects
