Dislikes
- The campus size of the KIET college is small , It is about 18 acres.
- The teaching methods of some of the faculty members is very old.
- The ratio of girls to boys should be increased in the college . The college should prioritize the girls intake during addmission.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have got a positive reviews about CSE branch and I have read about the course curriculum before taking the addmission and i have compared it to the curriculum of other colleges and i fouit tthe best among those .The curriculum focuses more practical subjects instead of theoretical subjects it help us to gain more practiacl knowledge about the subjects and it is helping us to be ready for the industry level. The currriculum is overall good but the teaching methods should be improve. The frequency of the exams should be decreased and the difficulty level is hard for some sudents so the level of the exams of the new subjects should be lowered.

Campus Life
The campus life is very nice and but the campus size lacks the involvement of students on social growth. The club involvements allowing the students to get social knowledge and getting thier communictaion skills developed.
Admission
I have choose this college over the others because of the best curriculum over the other colleges and the facility inside the campus . I have got the counselling letter from two other colleges also but i have decided to choose this college over others. You can take the addmission in the college through the counselling by giving the jee exam and the cutoffs of the general category is 95 percentile in this year for the general category and and 89 percentile for the OBC and 60 percentile for SC and ST candidates.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio should be increased according to the number of students in college. The faculty and student relationship is very good . The teachers are very understanding and they are ready to help every students. My favourite faculty member is Mayank Lakhotia . I like his way of teaching and his behaviour toward every student. In each semester there are 2 mid semester exams and 4 class assessments and at the end there is an end semester exam at the end of the semester. The marks of the mid semester are also added to the final result of the semester.About 85% of the students are able to pass the exams without any back . The students with the back can go through the make up examination process.
Night Life
There are so many unisex gyms around the college. The college has a large libraray where students can study and work on their projects. You have to come to the college before 8 pm before . There is a famous place which is at a distance of 0.5 km names Chota Haridwar which is a good place hangout with your friends.
