Reputation is decreasing every because new courses are added every year. College is lossing its name for engineering.The rank has also increase d. It was best in our state but now it has dropped to 3rd position.

Mechanical department offers wide variety of subjects. Course covers almost every essential subjects. There are subjects like aircraft operation and maintenance. Subjects related to automobile are also taught. There is a choice of optional subjects in 3rd and 4th year.

Yes , the companies start visiting college when the students are in 6th semester. Interested students give their names and then interviews and test are conducted. The shortlisted students join the companies for internship. Every company provide different stipend. For mechanical stipends are from 7 to 12 thousands.

Nowadays placement are not upto the expectations of students. Computer science and it have better placement then comes the mechanical and then electronics engineering and electrical engineering. It depends on the knowledge of student , the amount of package offered.

University organises fest every year in the month of April. Students from various clubs participate in fest , showing their skills and talents. Different types of performance are given by dancing and singing clubs. Fest lasts for 3 days on 3rd day celebrities are invited by university.

Fees structure is medium about 35000 for every semester. Hostel and mess charges excluded. Hostel rent is around 1000 rs every month. Mess cost about 140 rs daily. If we compare this fees with other private universities then it is feasible.

There are various scholarship s offered by colleges in 1st and 2nd year. The scholarship s are given on the basis of past academic results. scholarship s are given on the basis of 12 the percentage and jee main marks.

The sport s facilities are not good. There is only a basketball court. And now a badminton court recently made. The sport participation of students is low. No games are organised yearly.Also their is a lack of basketballs , football s and cricket bats

Hostel building is poor. Boys hostel has poor infrastructure but girls hostel is better. Also the sport facilities for hostlers are not good. Rooms are small. Hostel s are not upto the mark. There is a need of improvement in hostels.

Yes there is a group of alumnus , they visit the university and takes the seminars to make the students aware of various advance s in engineering field. Also their struggle in in corporate world. The college has good alumnis.

There are internal and external exams. Sessionals (internals) are conducted twice in a semester for every branch. The internal comprises of 25 marks. 15 for sessionals and and 10 for attendance and assignment s. External are of 75 marks. 40 percent is passing percentage.

I had taken jee mains entrance test. After getting rank in that I had applied for counseling through hstes website. On hstes (Haryana state technical education society) website admission procedure and date of participating in online counseling is given. Choices are locked before the starting of counseling and then branches and colleges are given according to ranks.

Faculty is good almost every member is having an experience of 5 to 10 years of teaching experience. Teachers are qualified but sometime they don't take enough classes to complete their syllabus. Sometime teacher complete their syllabus rapidly without caring about students.
