Course Curriculum Overview

4

Academically bharati Vidyapeeth is one of the best private college because it follows the curriculum based on the NSP 2020. And it is accredited A++ thrice in a row by NAAC and it is NBA accredited as well. In the course there are 2 unit test of 20 marks each and the average of the two is taken for 20 marks and the semester exam is of 60 marks. Ramaining 20 marks are internal marks which is given for the practical and PBL.

Internships Opportunities

3

As I'm in 1st year now no I don't have that much idea about the different companies allowing internships for now. As 1st year students are not offered intership. It is for 3rd year students. However you can apply for internship off campus in 1st or 2nd year if you want.

Placement Experience

3

Big companies like microsoft and google do not visit this college and it is obvious. But except 2-3 major companies all other companies like samsung, IBM, Amazon visit every year. And if we talk about the average package then it is decent as it is around 7.5 laks per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is 190000 for 1st year and it will increase by 5% every year from 2nd semester onwards. Caution money is 13000 Registration fee - 8000 Dress fee- 7000 There are many scholarship available in our college but most of them are for the students who belong to Maharashtra state and non- maharashtrian girl student

Campus Life

3

The infrastructure of this college is superb as all the labs are well equipped with the modern facilities which excites the students very much. Many clubs like clicxee, dancing, are functioning. The annual fest name is BHARATIYAM and it is organised in the February every year

Hostel Facilities

3

In Pune weather is pleasant so you do not need a.c. kr cooler in the room . In hostel's room which is 3 seated 2 tubelight 1 fan and 3 table- chair set and 3 cupboard are available. You'll have 2 meal and 1 breakfast which is not that much bad. If you want to live outside the campus then you are free to do so as well

Admission

My one of the biggest reason for opting this college is it's location. Being in a IT hub city the opportunities here are more than that of a place where there is not that much opportunity. And based on the rank that I got in it's entrance exam I enrolled myself in this college

Faculty

4

Our class strength is of 60 students and here different faculties teach different subjects. I personally loved my physics teacher as he taught physics very well in 1st semester. But my digital electronics's faculty was not that good according to me because she was not co-operate to the students. Overall experience to all the remaining faculties were very good

Night Life

3

Gymkhana , cafeteria, library and the sports ground is open till 9 p.m. after that not a single student is allowed to go outside the hostel. If one has a habit of walking after dinner then you can walk in the lounge

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
