Only positive is I found here is the fee structure. They wont collect any excess fees from you. Negatives! I can put on a big list. This college should work on many things. Infrastructure, faculty, extracurricular activities, etc.

As per Anna University norms, 8 semester. Each semester has 6 written exam and 3 practical exam. Final semester has only 3 subjects. First 2 semester, covered all the basic subjects(language, physics, chemistry, maths, civil). From the 3 onwards, core subjects will be covered with electrical and mathematical subjects.

Placement is really poor in this college. Only few companies step in this college, that too mid range companies. About internship, I never heard about this word in my college days. I didn't even know about it.

Events! This college will not appreciate extracurricular activities. I can easily count the number of events happened during my course. College culturals happened once and department symposium twice.

Those who get into college via Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission, should pay fee prescribed by Anna University. Transport, Hostel and Canteen fees excluded. Merit students should be paying more. When talking about fee structure, it's not that expensive here.

This college helps students avail scholarships and loans. But I neither applied for loan nor scholorship. Some of my friends have availed scholarship every year and some of the students studied under loan facility only.

As I said earlier, this college yet to appreciate extracurricular activities. Many students are really frustrated about this issue. Students are willing to showcase their talents in various departments apart from studies. But this college should work on improving extracurricular activities.

I have never heard such thing in my college. I hardly met senior students of my college. But setting up a alumni network will help junior student, also it will help management to sort out many issues students are facing.

Via Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (Anna University Chennai). In Tamil Nadu, most of the engineering colleges are under the norms of Anna University only. So students gets admission through counselling by ranking, based on 12th physics, chemistry and mathematics marks.

It's a big concern in this college. Only few faculties have the ability to teach the students in a better way. Others just finishing the syllabus for formality, without even considering that students have understood or not. Choosing the right faculty must be improved in this college.
