A descent University

My remarks will obviously be positive.The education in this University is most priority here.You have good faculties,good infrastructure,good library,labs and above a good studying environment.Also the job placements are good.So if your only goal is to study and study and get a job, this one may be your choice.But sometimes the strictness seems a bit too much.Sometimes we have to forcefully perform a lot of study related stuffs which some people may not like.So if you want like a place for entertainment or light environment along with studies,you may have to think twice.

Our University offers a rich course curriculum throughout the 8 semestes.The total course is evenly distributed among each semester.Amd about the exam structure,we have to face two internal examinations before we appear for our final semester examinations each semester.

This University was established in 2015,so in 2019 we got to experience its first job placements.Since I myself am a student of 2nd year,so I have not personally experienced that but from what I have heard from our seniors,each of them got at least one job offers and those were also some pretty descent ones.More than 75% of the eligible students got at least one job offers.some got even 2,3 or even 4 offers.

There are a few events celebrated in our University.URECON is our official Technical fest,we also have a cultural fest every year.Our college also encourage a number of events from outside like codechef,hackathon etc.You can also participate in events from other college

When I got admission in this University,we have to pay about rs.80,000 at the starting,and an amount of rs.60,000 every semester.so at the end of the 4 years,a total amount of 5 lakh something has to be paid.I would say it is slightly expensive than other colleges,but again,it is a private University after all.

There are a few scholarships offered by our universe.For example,if you have scored more than 85% in your Higher secondary exams you will get a scholarship of certain amount every semester,of you have scored above 90% or more,the amount of scholarship will be greater.

Our University supports every form of extracurricular activities.we have a team for things like singing,dancing etc.Sports is also taken care of here.we have a college cricket team, football team and basketball team which plays in inter college tournaments.Labs are also an impact part here.Eachband every lab in my departure are well handled by lab experts and teachers.we can actually gather some practical experience from those labs.

Seniors are obviously very helpful in most of the cases.This University is completely ragging free,and you will not have to worry about any kind of bullying inside college campus.We also have a antiragging helpline number and a team constantly looking into that matter.

When i got admission in University of engineering and management(Kolkata),there was a minimum criteria of about 70% in the Higher secondary examination.Since I got about 81% so I was eligible for the admission.They also had an opportunity for scholarship for those who scored more than 85%,bit unfortunately I was unable to grab that due to my current persentile.

I am a student of computer science and I can assure that our University have a number of good faculties who are expert in their respected subjects.Mostvof them are helpful and are available to clear your doubts whenever possible.But as every other college,this one also have some faculties who are not quite up to the mark and ignorent towards their duties.
