KIET College Review

Course Curriculum is very much relevant for the real world application. As we Have C Programming, Data Structure and Python Exam on Specific Platform that is Codetantra. The timing for End Semester Exam vary from Subject to Subject. Some Subject has Exam for 3 hours whereas some Subject has Exam for 2 hour.

Students of 2nd year and 3rd year can apply for internship through which they also get stipend and hands on experience from company. Some companies which provide internships in this college are Amazon, Wipro, TCS etc.

From 6th Semester students are elligible for Campus placements. The Median package is around 4.5 LPA. Some good companies giving students package of around 10 LPA also visit our college whereas some mass recuriter companies like also visit our college are TCS, Infosys, wipro and cognizant. Here, In this College Placement percentage is good and around 80-90% student get placed.

The yearly fee is around 1,40,000 with a security deposit of 1,000 and this yearly fee inculdes the development fees, lab fees as well. And, there is no bifarcation of fess on the basis of category. Scholarship is provided by U.P Government only for U.P Domicile student and that is around 50-60k/year for General and OBC Student whereas around 1 Lakh/year for SC/ST Student. And, Yes college also provide scholarship on the merit basis like those who are branch topper.

Our campus fest that is EPOQUE held every year in March. And, there are so many technical events like hackathon. And, there is one Library in this college from where student can issue books and returns after certain interval of time. The classroom is fully A.C with Smartboard in almost every class.

I was also getting other Colleges which comes under AKTU Counselling that is BIET Jhansi and JSS Noida. I was getting Core Branches in BIET Jhanshi and in Core Branches Placement of BIET Jhanshi is not up to the mark and BIET Jhanshi is also is in Outskirt Location and I did not choose JSS Noida because it is losing its relevancy over the past few years and it has its Traditional AKTU Syllabus and some student say that this college is very much strict. So, finally I choose this college. The Admission Process of this College is 1) Through JEE Mains 2) Through Direct Admission For Student getting Admission through JEE Mains has to participate in UPTAC Counselling and on the basis of that Student will get a seat in this college. And, For Student who getting Direct Admission should directly approach the College Registar and College Office Staff. For Student who get Admission through JEE Mains their cutoff mainly vary from 80 to 90 Percentile in JEE Mains on basis UP Domicile or Not, or that student has any Caste Reservation or not. and For Student who get Direct Admission such student have to secure around 90% Marks in their 12th board. Most student prefer to take Admission in this College through JEE Mains by UPTAC Counselling.

Some faculties are very much supportive and on the other hand very few faculties are very much strict, harsh and arrogant. Here, Exams occurs on the frequently basis, One Exam passed, Student start preparing for the next exam. Here 3 Exams occur in One Semester which is 2 Mid Sem Exam and 1 End Sem Exam. Failing Ratio of student in these exam is very less as this College has become Autonomous. Course Curriculum is very much relevant to what is being demanded by the companies since it is not a part of AKTU Old Course Curriculum.

There is separate gym for both boys and girls inside the campus. There is also cafeteria inside campus such as HEALTHY HUT. No Day Scholars are allowed inside the campus after 5 P:M. This College is located in the outskirt of Ghaziabad, so not much nearby place to hangout.
