- As it is a govt college the fees are affordable
- As it is an old college so the labs are having so many machines
- The events held in the college are great and seniors are so friendly and supportive

- Our college is about 86 acres so it has so much too walk from my hostel, or if one dep to other.
- I most often experience loneliness after joining college
- The infracture and class are not that good as its almost as old as this college
Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed this course so that i could go for marine engineering or even if i have any change in my career interest then i can go for any other suitable career option. I think this course gives sufficient knowledge for my career interest.
Placement Experience
According to teachers the placement is 100 percentage. And most of the students gets placed in CSe, Ec, Eee etc. But the placement rate is low in mechanical department. I plan to write gate to get selected in any good psu, if not any jobs like merchant navy or oil rig.
Fees and Financial Aid
My fees was about 9650 rupees for the first year when i applied for the college and joined. And for the four years i think that its almost 9650 rupees. As what i remember my friend who is of SC Category was having lower fees than mine, dont know the fees accurately.
Campus Life
My overall ecperience in this college is not tha good. I dont know why but i do feel lonely at times and i believe that its not only my porblem.there are many clubs groups and workshop which could help us develop. And the sports and extracurricular are good as many teams play in university level ganes and the physical education dep is supportive.
Admission
I opten or gec thrissur and cet as its listed as the top gec in kerala. And this was my third option and i got it. The rank in keam i got was not sufficient for the above option. The admission process was fast and managable. All were systemetic.
Faculty
In each departemnet the faculty student ratio must around 3:1. The teachers so mostly experienced and most of them know how to teach. But some of the classes are boring and has difficulties in understanding
Night Life
Talking about the nightlife i do really enjoy that at some point as its not that great but going out with friends for a tea or having food at night is really good. And this place is not like a town we have to walk some distance fron the college get anything decent even if its food, or any other goods. It do have shoos near but not that much.
