SSIPMT Raipur : An Honest Review

The course which i have opted for is btech in mechnical engineering and the aspects that influenced me were maths, physics and chemistry, i knew what i wanted to study and i opted for thr same, also i appreciate the teaching pattern of the faculties alloted to us

Students can register themselves in various internship platforms for getting various internship opportunities they can also take up off campus internships of can go through the training & placement cell as well

Our college provides a fair amout of internship and placements opportunity for all the branches available for doing engineering. After completion of thr course we someone couldnt get placement then they have various ideas of doing business ot to prepare for government exams or for the future studies

If someone is pursuing btech from SSIPMT Raipur it would require 42k per sem or 85k per year as tuition fees. During admission all the details are provided by the counsellor in which they clearly mention all of their protocols & fee structure. The caution money required is 5k , speaking of bus facilities it takes upto 18k per year. They also provide with various scholarship offers which are available by the government. For the reserved category of students half of the tuition fees is being provided by the scholarship program they have been affiliated with. Every lab fees is covered under the tuition fees only. Sports fees is 250 rs annually. During the registration process they will charge 5000 rs. They also provide scholarships for the students who are meritorious . The required criteria to awail this scholarship is the students 12th board results. Here they organise various technical and cultural fests which are hosted grandly at the college campus. They also provide with various internship opportunities and certification courses for the future references. They also provide with various professional and cultural clubs thorughout the college to take part.

Speaking of the club culture the clubs are fair and are not involved in any of the explicit activities for the same, the campus is quite large as compares to other colleges in the same region with better amenities and surroundings

For taking admission in this college we need to qualify the CGPET exam conducted by the government of chhattisgarh . We need to score a descent rank in this exam, after this they analize the students registered for this college and allot the branched accordingly

The faculty to student ratio is 1:10 , the faculty over here are helping and cooperative in nature, the teachers over here are collaborative. They ensure that the lectures are delivered om time, and the students must not be over exherted by the lengthy course structure available. I really admire Ms Rashmi Verma mam who is the faculty of maths, all thanks to her that my math exams are cleared. No i dont dislike any of the faculty over here as i have not faced any problem while meeting them There are 2 mid sems per subject along with various assignments projects and practicals and end sem exams at the end of the semester , we have to study 5 subjects each semester. Talking about the difficulty level they are moderate to tough because of the course syllabus. The course curriculun is very well relevant with the designated course The failing ratio is not as high as it is expected by the faculties.

I am a day scholar so i wont comment on thr night culture but the canteen is available till 7 pm even the library is open for the students access till 7 pm During technical and cultural fests security measured are arranged for the smooth conduction of the event
