Well every coin has two sides. Even if there are a lot of good remarks about the college,there are a little bad ones too. Good ones It has it's own e-Library, where students can go and access free Internet facility. It's library which is fully functioning

The college arranges for students after their sophomore years. The general stipend depends on the skills of the students and their interests. The college has it's own tech lab; where students are assigned to work on real-life problems.

More than 80% of the students were placed this year. A large number of companies visited our campus including Accenture,ADB,Aryan InfoWay,BHEl,Capgemini,Cognizant Technologies,Crompton Grieves,Essar Steels,Exilant,HCL,HP,IBM,Infosys,Jindal Steel,Mindtree,Motorola,Nokia,Oracle,Pantaloons,SAIL,Sankalp,Satyam,Syntel,TCS,Tech Mahindra,TVS,Wipro etc. Packages varied from 3 lpa to 7.5 lpa.

Fee structure may seem expensive. But once the student starts taking advantage of the facilities provided, it will appear worthy.Fee Structure is as follows First YearCourse Fee 1,15,100,Hostel Fee 22, 800,Water & Electricity 7200,Caution Money 7,000 (One Time and Refundable)Total 1,52,1002. Second Year.

Students whose parents earn less than 4.5 lpa can apply for TFW (Tuition Fee Waiver) at the time of admission and may get a deduction of 60,000 in their course fee. Karnataka Bank provides loan to interested students during the time of admission itself.

Undergraduation is the most memorable phase of every students' life. SIT, BBSR don't leave any stone unturned to prove this statement true. Gender Ratio in the campus is almost 1:1, with no gender biasness. Everyone is treated equally for everyone else. There's no biasness based on ethnicity,race or religion even. Students' come from different states and become a part of Odisha. They are not treated as guests but as family members. Neither the economic status of the students matter nor the political status.

I won't use the term "senior". Based on my experience I consider them as my elder brothers and sisters and mentors. The initial days in the college were tough as I used to feel homesick and used to have negative impression with the seniors. But the interaction with the seniors made me feel at home. They are ready to help their juniors in any way possible. Being in the sophomore year, the interaction with seniors of 4th year doesn't seem like a senior-junior interaction. Rather it seems like two friends interacting.

Exam Structure is well organised and relaxed. Every semester is for a duration of 4 months and has 2 Inernals Exams (conducted by college) and 1 External Exam (conducted by the university). Internal Exams are of 15 marks each. External Exam is of 70 marks

All the faculties takes their courses very seriously. Regularly attending the class is more than enough to ensure good grades in the exam. The faculty are well-qualified and are very interested in teaching. Though the teaching pattern varies but it's not
