Remarks
Positive remarks are good hostel facility , faculty members are good, auditorium , etc . And negative remarks is it is isolated from the main town and there is no nearby shoping mall etc . And the deepor beel seems quite good inthe morning and the evening you can go there and enjoy the nature .
Course Curriculum Overview
It is based on AICTE based syllabus . In first sem there are two group Group A for mecha, chemical and civil,ipe,and instru branch and groub b for ete et and cse. Group A has 4 different subject and group B also has 4 different sub. And in 2nd sem it interchanged.
Placement Experience
Job opportunities are quite good. The public sector unit cimes every year such as oil, ongc, bcpl, nrl , etc. And some private it sector company also come to the college . Overall 20- 30% student are got jobs every year.
College Events
Independence day, holi, acoustic night, Pyrokinesis, foundation day of the college, swaraswati puja , biswakarma puja, freshmen social , amar nikha (farewell), But pyrokinesis is the biggest event and festival organised by the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible. It is not that kind of expensive . Every year admission fees is around 15000 . and hostel security fees in 5000, and hostel mess dues is around 2200. And other miscellenious fee is around 45000
Fees and Financial Aid
Ishan uiday scholarship is here. And also the st scholrship, sc scholrship , obc scholarship, and NEC scholarship provided by dte assam. In case of ishan uiday each student gets around 1 lakh. And for nec 22000 and college has also poor fund for poor student .
Campus Life
Yup. There is many labs for performing or doing experiment. Every hostel has its own football field. Different football cup is also held in this college. And many cricket cup also held. It has tennis court, vollyball court etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure are good . Especially the fooding system is good . And wifi facility is also awesome. Every hostel has around 4-5 block each block has 6 toilet and 6 bathroom and 6 basin . for every block there is different router for fast wifi connectivity.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes they are helpfull they provided some scholarship for poor student . And they also setup some bus stand for college buses. Our alumni association visit the college every year . and they intereact with the students.
Admission
Entrance exam name is CEE. Which is conducted by assam science and technology university. I got rank 1775 in cee then for different categories the counselling procedure held in different day. The councelling was held in AIT, chandmari. Then as branchwise the admission will held in college auditorium.
Faculty
The faculty members are awesome . they will help you a lot. Incase of study , research, and incase of internship also. Most of all they help in extra curricullar activities such as sports, english speaking and in may ways.
