College days

Management was worst if students advice management dont care. They dont take any new steps of some thing new for betterment of student.

All india engineering entrance exam and maharastra combine entrance testi had scored 130 /200 in maharastra cet and i opted for this particular college because it had maximum hostel facility and its grade was B+ that means it was average.

There were 5 subjects in each semister during first year there were one subject from each branch such as mechenics from mechenical, basic electronics from electronics, maths, physics, engineering drawing, communication skill, chemistry after second year there were subjects related to that branch.

First thing i would like to clear there were no placements. Infact there were no facility for internship and managment was not interested to take any action or steps for it.

As i told u earlier there were no placement facility avail in my college nor there were any job opportunities. Not even single companies came for campus selection infact college had made lot of the promises for those were fake.

On technical basis there were not a single event were organised, within 4 years of our engineering once anual fuction were organised by our seniors but for this they got permission of management after so many times requests to management.

There were tutions fee rs 30000,hostel fee 5000,exam fee 535 , B gade fee 3000 and other fee 5000 in 2005 but now hostel fee is 17000 and rest remain same.

No scholarship were available from college but one could get scholarship if they are sc/st from mumbai university and there no loan facility available but there were option to fees in installment.

My opinion is not too good about any thing related to college las was not fully equiped and whatever equipment was available of no use. Trainer were not that much expert who can show experiments.

Hostel 3 out of 10 and mess 1 out of 10. In hostel there were 75 rooms in two floor building and in each room there were 4 attached bed made up of cement. 4 lockers and one cemented table there were coat also availaible.

There were not any platform or some thing special to be in contact with alumni but we are connected through facebook ,whatsapp,twitter etc and they all are working in some good companies.

Exams were semester pattern. Which is conduct by mumbai university. First year and last year paper get check in university and remaining year paper check in college itself.

Faculty was not too good, in fact every one were new and they had lack of knowledge. They didnt have even knowledge of basics of engineering. Those who had little bit knowledge they were not interested in teaching or guiding students.
