- The library is very good in terms of providing core things and beyond to it like digital library system etc.
- The college app is very nice to showcase the fee, attendance, & much more in a well equipped.
- The placement cell is very supportive in providing internship offers to mostly 70-80% seniors
Dislikes
- There should be more seminars for increasing the diversity of learning preferences.
- More Fest should be organized which focuses on increased enthusiasm.
Course Curriculum Overview
Many of our seniors got placements and top companies like TCS, Wipro, ICICI bank, Torrent Power ltd, etc and this year I had given interview for Q-spider for internship offer and first round of phonic interview and written is totally from our curriculum with more focus on industry our college provide addtional courses free like resume building, content writing, interview preperation etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee of the college is 80k, which includes tution fees and admission fees rest things and services of the college like transportation fees, lab fees, library resources, wifi,etc. These services don't have any charge for usage. The same fees are applicable for all, there is no category-wise fees, but yes, this college provides special schemes for girls, but no scholarships from their side.
Campus Life
UGI is for those who want to achieve a better place & secure future so as to bring positivity in life so as mine, this college not only focusing on your studies but provided every gateway establish the students future with their best efforts like festivals celebrations, youth fest, sports activities, lab sessions, workshops, seminars, celebrities, visits, providing library for the betterment of learning aspects with all features.
Admission
The process was quite simple at my time. Just the score of board exam was considered. We need to clear certain cutoff as per different colleges and courses in order to secure our admission. For me the eligibility for the course was just the cut off based system which started form 100 percent marks and came down to 98.5 percent in the last cutoff
Faculty
The faculty student ratio is quite satisfiable (1:10) so as to bring quality. The faculties are talented, supportive and always ready to solve your problem, whenever it occurs. Seriously, all staff is very supportive specially our coding faculties. The Examination happened 2 times in a year which includes 2 internal examinations . Almost everyone had cleared the exam with less efforts as mltiple things already discussed within classrooms with faculties.
Night Life
The UGI college life is a great sense of positivity, the greenery & calmness around the campus makes you feel fresh, the cafeteris is a very good place to hangout, or you can try some hangojts destinations near to it. if you think to had rest after a day class you and check out many things depends on your taste & aim to visit. I don't know much about the nightlife, because there is no hostel for anyone out there.
