Remarks
Positive: good environment, good placement, good teacher, excellent curriculum activities and the place where it is situated is very good. Negative: teachers are not that great, not a very large campus
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is provided from MAKAUT. The college also does some extra curricular activities which is very good and well organized.The exam structure is same like other colleges- two internals, one lab exam and final semester, two semesters in one year.
Placement Experience
The placement are very good here. Almost everyone gets placed. Microsoft, Intel are the top recruiters coming to our college who provide a good package. Tcs and Infosys are the mass recruiters.I don't have any idea regarding the internship offers but I think You have to manage yourself as the college doesn't provides any internship opportunities
College Events
Many events are organized in the college. All national holidays are celebrated. Every year the college organizes freshers party. Final year student gets there farewell as well. Apart from that many events are organized
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is quite expensive. You have to around RS. 75000 in the first semester. Then Rs. 45000 in each semester. Students with TFW certificates have to pay less money. Rs. 35000 in first semester, Rs. 27000 in second and then Rs. 5700 in each semester
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college is associated with Punjab national bank which is inside the campus and it provides loan facility to the students. Students with TFW certificates are also provided scholarships. I have no idea other than that.
Campus Life
There are many extra curricular activities organized by the college. Labs are good with good instruments. But they don't provide separate instruments for each student generally two students for one instrument. College has a football ground where you can play cricket as well
Alumni/Alumna
Some senior students are really helpful and some are not. Seniors provide very helpful information regarding the curriculum and course. They provide tips to excel in the exam as well which are very important to us.The alumnis are very good
Admission
First I have to give West Bengal joint entrance exam and a secure a good rank . I got 6566 in WBJEE 2018 and then the procedure for admission starts. We have to contact the college for admission details.
Faculty
The faculty is good and helpful too. Teachers have knowledge about the subjects and they provide a good explanation about the topics in the subject but some teachers are there who are not good enough.
