Remarks
First of all positive thing is that the college is not very strict.All students have freedom of their own.The college presents best results in the academics.The faculty available are very much motivating and supportive. There are many negative remarks about the college.The college have strong politics inside which many affects the friendship of students with each other.Then other things include lack of facilities,needs of the college and students.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.tech course curriculum include 8 semesters on the span of 4 years. On these semesters students were introduced in the core subjects & basic desciples & practical knowledge about Scope of Engineering
Placement Experience
Currently the placement opportunity in the college is very less.The major portions of placements in the college come for the department of Printing Technology.The Mechanical Department I studied has no such placements.The Labs available inthe college is not working at all, so the students have no knowledge of what tgey have studied
College Events
The very first inthe college welcomes the students with what called 'freshers day'.The seniors inthe college welcomes their juniors with pleasure and motivation.There others events inthe college such as onam,Christmas, sports,arts,farewell,etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
When the time of my admission there was 3 fee structure available. That is merit,management, NRI Merit fee costs of yearly ?35000. Currently the fee structure in the college is very much feasible & it is about ?35000 annually
Fees and Financial Aid
There are mainly 2 scholarship options available or Iam aware of.The first on is MOMA scholarship by Central Government of India. The second option of scholarship available is Egrantz scholarship provided by the state Government of Kerela. Sorry I have no knowledge about loan facility.
Campus Life
There is not so much extra curricular activities was available in the college.One think that should be known about the college is that the college lacks a play ground for the sports like thing.The authorities are unaware of the college needs & wants.The labs available inthe college especially in Department of Mechanical Engineering is not working properly.Almost all machines are out of operation. They require timely maintanence
Hostel Facilities
Due to some political issues in the college the college hostal is a bad idea.For the fresher admitted in the college may face some issues with the seniors.For these causes the hostal with in the campus have some issues. I opted outside which may cost about 800,1000,1200 per month
Alumni/Alumna
The Alumni network available in the college is not well established.Al though there is some amount of senior support available in the college for every need.The senior students are much friendly with their juniors. The are very helpful minded and cooperative.
Admission
I wrote an entrance exam of kerela , that is KEAM & I got admitions on MECHANICAL ENGINEERING based on entrance ranklist.There is in the entrance exam process KEAM contains many allotments.On the first allotment, I got allotted in the college on the Department of Mechanical Engineering
Faculty
Well frankly saying, the faculty in my college is not very well experienced in their field.But they are in the way of improving themselves.The available faculty in the college is anyway well motivating
