I am alumni of the college. I graduated in 2018. When i was in my first year the student politics was really strong in the campus which led to frequent clashes between various student political organisations. Nowadays no such issues exist in the college.

The course is really good. Exam is semester wise where each semester lasts for a duration of 5 months. All the engineering colleges in kerala are under a single university called the kerala technological university. The university exam is conducted out of 100 Mark's.

The placements have recently been very good in the college. Majority of the placements have been obtained by the students from computer science and electronics department. Also many core companies do come to the college for electrical engineering students. Placements for civil engineering students are on the lower side.

There are many events that are regularly conducted in the college. To start with a few are freshers cup , challengers cup , kickoff, smash etc. All these tournaments are intra college tournaments. Also university level football tournaments have been regularly conducted in our college.

Tution fees is only 8500 rs as this is a government institution. Apart from the Tution fees a bus fee of 2000rs is there. Hostel fees depends ont he kind of hostel you choose to stay. If you stay in the college hostel a fee of 3000rs will be charged.

Yeah there is a scholarship facility in our college. Every top 3 students from each class will get a fee waiver according to the ranks obtained in the engineering entrance exam.also there are other scholarships offered to economically backward students.

Yeah there is physical department in our college. There are separate health clubs for both girls and boys inside the college campus. They are open till 6:30pm in the evening. Also there is a facility to play table tennis and the college has a huge football ground.

Yeah the hostel facilities are really good both for the girls and the boys. Both the boys and girls hostel have curfew until 9:30 in the evening. The food quality is really good and all rooms have proper ventilation.

Yeah the alumini are really helpful.many of them who have started their own company provide internships to students from our college. Also they assist in placements by bringing reputed companies to our college.

As the college is a government college the admissions to the college are entirely based on the Mark's obtained in the kerala engineering entrance exam. So after the publication of engineering entrance exam results you have to make a list if colleges you can apply for based on the Mark's obtained in the engineering entrance. According to the availability of the seats in the opted colleges the engineering entrance commissioner will allot the college.
