My dream college

The curriculum is very vast which dives deep into all categories. It has so much real world knowledge and applications. It really helps students prepare for their real world journey. Exams are held twice a year which gives students good amount of time to prepare and revise. We dont have mid sem exams.

Internships offered are of good nature. The minimum stipend is 15000 and goes to upward to 60000-70000 per month. There are a lot of live projects and other opportunities like case competitions going around in our college all throughout the year, which help a lot in a student's development.

College placements are available from 3rd year starting onwards. Many big and reputed brands like bain and accenture visit our campus. The highest package goes around 25 lpa with average being 7-8 lpa. Almost 90% of the students get placed which is quite a commendable achievement.

The annual college fees for my course at hansraj college is Rs 30000. It is very inexpensive as compared to other colleges. Also, bcom hons fees is also very affordable in that aspect. College also provided various financial aids, scholarships etc to help underpriveledged students in their studies.

Hansraj college hosts its annual fest Confluence in march every year. We invite big celebrities like jubin nautiyal and akhil sachdeva for our fest. The library is very spacious and good. Classes have projectors and quality furniture. Extra curriculars like dance, music and sports are promoted very much in our college

I applied to shaheed sukhdev college as well. But my reasoning for choosing hansraj college was because I wanted to live my college life and enjoy the campus of delhi university. The admissions are done through a common university entrance test that is cuet. The level of the exam is also easy to moderate

The college has a relatively good faculty to students ratio of 50 to 1. Every student gets equal attention and ample support. I really liked Mr khem chand for his nature and support. He really helped me in my college study journey. Exam level is moderate and very relevant. I enjoy studying my curriculum.

The nightlife of our campus is bestt. It is the reason I came to delhi university and north campus. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants located near our campus. Within the college also we have our own canteen and many food outlets like amul and nescafe. Our hostel has a capacity of 200 which is a lot!
