Government run economical politically vibrant campus.the positive about cet is that you get to study in a college with low expenses at a commendable college.you get to know people around kerala. Politics in cet is unavailable one. It have never been a bloodshed politics.

Functioning under kerala technological University.four years.each year two semesters.along with internal marks end semester exams will evaluate you.course curriculum are regularly revised.it is in par with iits.

CET is providing the best placement in kerala.this year placement have gone upto 30 lakhs per annum. Computer science department wins the show.core jobs can now only fe fetched at CET. There is a rosch bescroth centre providing internship.labs are all well equipped. Stipends are provided by government to Mtech graduates.

Three D's are the events conducted by our college.drishti,dhwani,disha.drishti is a three technical fest with competition and workshops conducted for all the students.dhwani is a cultural fest.It also includes sports events.disha is a program for first years.

Everyone under 7 lakh annual income get a scholarship provided by government of kerala. If you are from backward communities your course fee and hostel fee will be looked after by government. There are ample number of scholarship provided by government organisations too.

Since it is a government run,people here are living peacefully. Freedom is enjoyed by girl students too.they have to enter ladies hostels by 10pm only.labs are well equipped.since the college have started in 1939 lab is having a wide range of equipment.sports activities are well conducted. Under Kerala technological University we are participating the events.

Hostel boasts about the quality that it provides. Playgrounds and a good mess is available in both mens and ladies hostel.and both are well secured.ladies hostel expenses comes around two thousand while mens hostel it comes around four thousand.

Ceetaconnect is the alumni network. It is a vast network.alumnis of cet are everywhere. They are phenomenal in providing placement. They also fund programmes conducted in college. Alumni network gathers every year.they have different chapters across the world.

Keam is an entrance test conducted by government of kerala.if you are in the top ranks you will be straight into CET.There are different trades functioning in college.Mechanical and computer science are the most sought after course.
