My soe provided me a great space for improving my knowledge and also i got many friends and relations with many other people. It provides me a vast space for improving my extra curricular activities.
Course Curriculum Overview
My SOE have a well structured course programs. SOE conductes two internal exams and one end semester exam. The marks if two internal exam will be aggregated to maximimum 40 marks and the end sem exam will be under maximum 60 marks. So the total marks will be in 100 and each student must earn atleast 50 mark for passing the exam.
Placement Experience
Soe keeps a rule for internship days to minimum 15 days. We, students have to choose the company for doing the internship program. In the name of stipend there is a team named tequip who will be providing the stipent amount after completing the internship program based on the number of days.
College Events
There will be many extra curricular activities conducted in soe starting from the freshers day to the university cultural festival. There are also many technical events conducted in soe in the name of dishna and many more workshops. Dishna will conducted by the students and will be based entirely on the technical ideas of students. And also most of the events are conducted by the students itself.
Fee Structure And Facilities
There are different category seperation for fee paymrnt. There is also state merit, all india merit, and nri seats. The state merit fee is something affordable. But all india merit fee be the double of that of the state merit. Unfortunately i got admisdion in all india merit. Also the fee for sc, st and oec will be very low that is only in the figure of hundred.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarship programs provided by soe. The alumni of the college are providing a scholarship for the best students in each branch. Soe also provides opportunity for bright students to go abroad for higher studies.
Campus Life
Soe provides a great concern for the extra curricular activities including sports, arts, etc. The labs of soe are according to the modern technics and it provides a great area for the students to aquire practical knowledge.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni of soe are like our own brothers. There provides a great hping hand for their juniors in the name of job opportunities and also in every events conducted in soe. They also provides many scholarship programs for the bright students in soe.
Admission
The basic exam for CUSAT is cat exam. After that if the candidate aquired the minimum cut-off he will be called for admission by posting the list of students eligible for the asmission on cusat's official site. And also there is spot admission conducted in cusat.
Faculty
Most of the faculties in my department are permanent staffs. Each faculty members are dealing a friendly relation with all students. And also each faculty members are well educated in the subjects they are dealing with. They have a good positive mind in delivering their knowledge to students.
