Review of the Patna Science College

College had a very good past, but the authorities in present has not been successful in justifying the past of the college. College does have no. Of faculties and students with high potential, but the politics within the administration makes all the effort go in vain.

Course curriculum is not that good. A revised syllabus should be added to the course. As for the technical courses syllabus needs to be updated regularly. Some subjects which are taught is not the need of the hour. Exam pattern is good, level of question papers are moderate.

Conditions of placements are not good, college has nothing on the name of the placement cell, doesn't have a good reputation in the name of placements. College does provides internships in the university libraries and p.g departments of the college, working experience is not too good but u can have fun while working, u can get to learn, no stipned is provided.

Events like many importants days such as Birthdays of many great personalities, freedom fighters, environment days etc are celebrated by conducting seminars, debates, quizzes and programs etc. Sports events are also celebrated, a music fest was organised last year but it's not a regular trend.

As it is a government college fee structure is very much feasible, you don't need spend too much, on tuition fees and examination fees. Various fees like library charges etc are quite less as compared to the other colleges. Hostel fees is very less.

I haven't availed for any scholarships, but as per my knowledge as it is a government college. There are some scholarships available here but I am not too sure about it. If anyone wants to know about the scholarships, he/she might enquire at the administration block or can check the college websites

Extracurricular activities are quite good, labs are quite old as the college was built during the British rule, but labs do have equipments for the experiments and the infrastructure of the labs are good and they are very spacious and can easily accommodate a good no. Of students at a time. Different sports are played in the college, like baseball, kabaddi, etc. Even you will find girls playing cricket here.

No I haven't opted for the college hostel, infrastructure of the hostels are moderate, its not too good but many students live in hostels and also the hostel fee is very less. As hostels are inside the campus u will be able to access the Wi-Fi facility sometime, otherwise faculties of the hostel is moderate.

Senior students have always been quite friendly, u won't find them ragging anyone. They will be always there for you. College have a good reputation in the name of alumni, famous physics professor H.C verma, Bihar c.m Nitish KUMAR, famous actor Satrughan Sinha, had Been the alumni of the college.

Firstly I cleared the entrance exam conducted by the college, after this I received a call from the college authorities for an interview. After the interview selected students were informed by the authorities for the admission process. You have to submit all the required documents on a specific date, after the verification of the documents you can pay the online fees.

faculty of the college have the potential, but sometimes people don't do justice to their potential, otherwise faculties have the knowledge, are helpful and doubt clearance is done well, faculties are always on time, not too much boring classes, they are young and energetic.
